Shawn helped me out after my window was shattered on the highway. His mobile team came out to me the same day, replaced the windshield in under 45 min, and were extremely professional. Excellent service and great communication.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They determined the issue and ordered the part. Once the part arrived they were prompt in installing it. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience! Very few companies offer this high level of service and I highly recommend them!

Super friendly, super helpful, and very fairly priced! Not only was I charged less than Safelite was quoting me, the response time was much faster and repair happened in the next couple days. Safelite had quoted me about $100 more and weren't available to repair for almost 2 weeks. Thanks so much for your help!

The shop owner was very nice, got me in quickly for my window repair and completed work quickly. Window repair was successful and to my liking (a chip from a rock). Fee was reasonable and in line with other shops I called. Thanks a lot!

Let me share what a pleasant experience this turned out to be after a stressful beginning. I had 5 messages displayed on my dashboard. When I took it to the dealer, the quote was over 2500.00. The part alone was 1200.00 (for a monocular camera that stopped functioning properly). After doing some checking, I came across Shawn at Saferide Auto Glass. Another shop wanted to charge 200+ to hook it up to the diagnostic tool again which Shawn did not. He did check it again to verify what part was needed. Upon verifying, he ordered the part AND said that if it didn't work (to my understanding, meaning the codes cleared), he would not charge me for that process... and would just charge for the part itself. Who does that?! No one! Fortunately, the codes cleared. The process took less than 2.5 hours and he communicated with me throughout. ANYWHERE else, this repair would've been substantially more. Shawn does not take advantage of his customers and truly is a nod to the past (and I'm not that old). I have already recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so. He is truly a blessing.
