Working with them now and it has been a terrible experience so far. Lisa Fowler, the paralegal, is incompetent and lies. We needed assistance on a temporary emergency guardianship case for my father with dementia. we submitted all requested info to them as well as $5k payment, but due to a problem with their email system, they didn't receive several of the emails which included necessary paperwork. Instead of checking in, Lisa just ignored us for two whole weeks, losing us precious time to get things filed in court. Do not recommend.
