I went to the seminar put on by Safe Harbor and was very impressed. I made an appointment for a one hourly consultation with Attorney Helen Suarez and shortly thereafter decided to move forward wth both a will a trust. All my questions and concerns have been answered in a way that caused as little confusion as possible.I’ve been very happy with the entire process and all the personnel at Safe Harbor. They are a class operation and I would highly recommend them.

I had our Estate Plan initially written in 1994 and only had a couple of revisions since. However, it was written outside of Florida and my wife and I have since become Florida residents. Other than our residence change, other factors in our lives have changed as well. It became apparent that we needed an Estate Planning Attorney who practices in Florida. Meeting with Pam and hearing her advice, suggestions and experience with issues that we needed to address totally exceeded my expectations. Pam Baker is brilliant and that is not hyperbole. Working with them now and it has been a terrible experience so far. Lisa Fowler, the paralegal, is incompetent and lies. We needed assistance on a temporary emergency guardianship case for my father with dementia. we submitted all requested info to them as well as $5k payment, but due to a problem with their email system, they didn't receive several of the emails which included necessary paperwork. Instead of checking in, Lisa just ignored us for two whole weeks, losing us precious time to get things filed in court. Do not recommend.
