Unprofessional and invasive service The salesperson (Glen Morgan) made inappropriate personal remarks during our inquiry. He kept questioning our relationship status, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. When I expressed that my girlfriend was fully capable of making her own decisions, his response came off as dismissive and condescending. The focus should have been on providing clear pricing and product information, not on irrelevant and intrusive comments. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The windows are not bad and where installed correctly but in there contract they say they will clean up their mess and did not there was dust everywhere and they messed up our walls and did not fix it also no one understood english and it was a hassle to talk to them. overall would not go with them next time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Communication was nearly impossible. For a premium-priced project, this is simply unacceptable. The most expensive part of the job—the sliding doors—was completely mishandled. The wrong doors were installed, and although I received a small credit because the incorrect doors were cheaper, the second part of the agreement (installing the screens for those doors) still has not been fulfilled. Seven months later, I am still waiting. Because the wrong doors were installed, the threshold was left with a three-inch gap between the track and the decking, wide enough for a small child’s foot to get stuck. I had to hire a deck professional at my own expense to fix this safety hazard before someone got hurt. It didn’t stop there. A bedroom window arrived damaged and was installed anyway. Despite repeated assurances, it has still not been replaced—seven months after installation. The attention to detail throughout the project was terrible. Trim, paint, caulk, and stucco were left messy or incomplete on every window and door in my home. The punch list dragged on for five months, forcing me to live with sloppy, unfinished work the entire time. When they finally attempted to “touch up” the paint, caulk, and stucco, the results were so poor that I had to hire professional painters—again, at my own expense—to correct what should have been done right the first time. Even basic hardware was installed incorrectly. The lock strike plates on the sliders were attached using tiny 3/8" screws, both of which pulled out on the end doors, leaving them unable to lock. This is not only unacceptable workmanship but extremely dangerous, as I have a two-year-old child and a pool in the backyard. Safeguard Impact was really great to me throughout the whole process. My sliding glass doors look amazing and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. There was a bit of a hiccup with the hoa because..well you know how hoas are, but June was AMAZING and helped me throughout the whole thing. i love my new sliding glass doors and couldn't be happier.

SafeGuard and specifically Daniel and his crew did a phenomenal job installing a very large and tricky 3 pane sliding impact door in my house today. Daniel went well above and beyond (coming all the way from Miami 2 times) making sure that the hardware matched the rest of the windows and sliding impact doors in my house and that the window was perfectly installed by his crew. He even made sure that the extra screen made it to a place where I store it long term. I am absolutely smitten with Daniel's communication and determination to make this door work for my place.
