My daughter had recently sold her house and she needed a storage unit. She contacted’ Safe Depot’ and was able to quickly secure a unit at Cross Hands. The unit was clean and spacious and the location offered 24 hour access and good security. I then contacted them again as my other daughter was moving and needed storage quickly. We secured another unit at the same location and everything was arranged in a few hours. Would highly recommend if you require storage at a reasonable price.

Text message, calls and voice messages Harassment same day, from the husband very rude, impatient, no consideration at all, lack costumers communication very poor. I have never ever owed them I always making payments every months without the hashness tone.

Thank you for your review. We find your recent review extremely inaccurate.

A daily message is automatically sent to customers where there is late payment/ non receipt of payment a few days after the due date.

Messages are always courteous and are simply sent to remind customers of payment. Where people explain to us the reason behind non receipt / late payment we will always try to accommodate and support their circumstances.

Repeated late payments are administratively time consuming for any business and have a financial impact.

Excellent customer service form Safe Deposit. Worked extremely well whilst moving to store stuff. We always felt our things were being kept safe at the Lock up. Space was always clean, well lit, container appeared brand new and we were provided with a quality lock for the door. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

I needed storage for a house move and messaged safe depot after seeing it advertised. Extremely clean dry unit and very safe. Access available 24/7. So glad I did. Excellent communication, customer service. Went to see the unit, everything explained to me and extremely helpful. Can’t rate highly enough 👍

Having just moved House, needed urgent extra storage. Phone calls and texts soon organisasi a container on Cross Hands site. Clean and secure. After a month emptied and handed back. Very efficient and hassle free. Highly recommended.

Iv had my office @ safe depot for 6months and couldn't be happier!! I love the fact I can go there anytime night or day as it as 24 access, and Total peace of mind as it as security cameras covering the whole of the property. Also the owner Mark is Top Class! Very professional and only a phone call away if needed, it's that great I'm also renting a storage unit aswel as my office and will be for years to come.

Met with Mark in the Carmarthen Johnstown branch, and I can’t fault him at all, very professional, thorough, polite and a top bloke.The containers themselves are brand new, very large and very clean with plenty of air vents to stop any damp. Will 100% be coming back. Would definitely recommend to anyone 👌🏻
