Great ride. Chris our guide was super informative and funny! He highlighted so many wonderful Sedona sites and kept our group safe and engaged. From walking in to check in and the ride, all folks were friendly and the jeeps were clean and safe! We had a great time and will recommend always!
I was nervous about taking a bumpy jeep tour, considering my age, almost 68 , but this was the most fun I had on my Sedona AZ trip! After driving a ways up the mountain we then got out of the jeep and walked up even higher. It really was a great experience! David our tour guide was very informative and sweet! Carrie at the office, you were right, there was NOTHING to worry about! Highly recommend the Rim tour! Thanks you guys!!
We learned of the Safari Jeep Tours from Nick at the Marriott. We booked the tour and the process and communications were excellent. We appreciated Keri taking the time to answer all of my wife's questions and concerns. The day of the trip the check in process was well organized by Keri. David was our tour guide and he was excellent. David shared great stories and details about the area and the history. David helped us get some great once in a lifetime photos. We appreciated David's care to even miss a few of the rocks on the ride up and down. Being able to and shown how to climb the rocks by David was a nice benefit of the tour as well. Highly recommended we would definitely use Safari Jeep Tours again and hope we get David as a guide. Thanks

Best Jeep Tour in Sedona! We had the best time with Arizona Safari Jeep Tours on the Rim Run Supreme tour. If you’re deciding between companies, the vehicle here is so much better than Pink Jeep. They have a longer wheel base which makes the ride really smooth and fun, and the back is open-air so everyone gets views in every direction (instead of just staring at the back of someone’s head).
We were a group of three adults and a 6-year-old, plus a couple of retired couples joined us. Total hit for all ages! Our daughter actually said this was the best part of her Arizona trip, which is wild because our hotel had a massive water slide and she still preferred the Jeep!
I was a little worried 2.5 hours would be too long for a kid, but with the off-road excitement and the frequent stops to stretch your legs and explore, she was actually sad when it was over. Our tour guide, Brad, was the absolute best. He’s a total pro on Sedona history, plants, and geology, but he also kept the energy high with some kid jokes and a song about mud that my daughter is still singing.
Love that they are locally owned too. It feels good supporting the local economy and seeing a company that actually cares about being environmental stewards of the red rocks. If you’re looking for a great Sedona Jeep tour, definitely request Brad and book with these guys! Pro tip for parents- bring layers. I had a pair of mittens in the bag for daughter and it made a difference. Even in the summer, remember you’re at elevation!
JC was an amazing guide! We did a similar tour last year and loved, it was so much we did it again. We got JC this time and it's nice to get a new perspective and here's some fun new jokes cooked up! Definitely should take it tour with this company!
Doc provided an excellent tour today for our group of 3. The tour was interesting, engaging, and our tour guide shared knowledge on everything from local wildlife to indigenous groups and their diets, geology, and more. Doc was kind, down to earth, enjoys doing what he does, and was clearly filled with passion and knowledge for the area, which made the tour that much more enjoyable for me as a first time visitor with little knowledge on the area. Our guide took amazing pics of our group as well, and made good use of our allotted time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a detailed introduction to learn more about all Sedona has to offer!
Been on other “Jeep” tours around Sedona over the years and Doc at Arizona Safari is by far one of the best. We love Sedona Safari as it is the last family owned tour company in Sedona
