I celebrated my second year visiting Safarian & Simon Opticians and would highly recommend their services and friendly and attentive customer experience. From the optician to the specialists i, the entire team is informative and helpful with my annual eye exams, adjusting my frames when necessary, and explaining my options. The entire team is friendly and enthusiastic about my vision health while providing an honest assessment of my options.

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The eye examination was the most thorough I have ever had using the latest equipment which I had never experienced before. Everything was explained in detail. Also a very wide range of eyeglasses. Very satisfied. Thankyou everyone.

Staff is very competent. Optician was very clear and explained everything during the tests, including his reasoning for not increasing the prescription too much and some daily tips to improve general eye health.
Glasses are very high quality and staff takes their time with the fitting, frame options, etc.
Prices are higher than most opticians, but equipment, staff and quality of the glasses/lenses are more than worth it.

I've been wearing glasses for over 25 years and the recent visit at the Safarian & Simon Optitians was trully exceptional. I required a thorough eye examination following an episode of ocular migrane. Ms Anila Mistry carried out a very professional and thorough examination and provided invaluable advise. The practice is the most technologically advanced and professional that I've ever come across. You pay premium but it's well worth the money.

This was my first visit . And wow! Compared to other shops, my experience here was off the charts. The exam with Sachin was calm, fun and very technology advanced. I felt in very safe hands. Also, Janak was excellent thereafter looking after me. Highly recommended
