I originally just wanted to fix a leaking shower pan in our master bathroom, but Alex helped me make the most of my budget with a few smart updates. We added a new vanity in the main bath and replaced the mirror, fixtures, and lighting in the guest bath. What started as a simple repair turned into two fresh, updated bathrooms, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Communication was great the whole way through.

We had our kitchen remodeled by LuxeHome Construction, and Alex did an outstanding job from start to finish. He shows up, communicates clearly, and makes sure everything is done the right way. The whole process went a lot smoother than we expected. They upgraded our electrical and added new LED lighting, removed the old décor boxes around the ceiling and matched everything to the home’s original ceiling height, added under-cabinet LEDs, and installed all-new cabinets. We also got a beautiful new countertop with an overhang and a waterfall-style peninsula, plus a clean new backsplash that really pulled the kitchen together. They removed the old linoleum, extended our laminate flooring so the whole space feels connected, and wrapped everything up with drywall, paint, and shelving. The house was spotless every day, they take cleanup seriously. We’re really happy with the results and would definitely recommend Alex and LuxeHome for any remodel!

Just in case someone looking for someone help them with water filters installation or other remodeling needs. I will share my story working with LuxeHome Construction Inc. About two months ago I was looking for a contractor to install my whole house water filter system. Some were only interested if they could install it their own system, some told me many different stories about it. Long story short I came across Alex with LuxeHome that was in the area working on my neighbors bathroom renovation. Two days after our conversation I have my filter installed. Top notch service, quality and outstanding results. So much appreciated and looking forward to work with his crew going forward. Highly recommend this guys.

They fixed the leaky shower, replaced old pipes, and added thoughtful touches like a handheld shower, full tile, a quiet fan that turns on when it’s steamy, and a clean glass door. Alex is a great guy. It was a washing machine pan install, I had to get a larger washer then came with the house, took half the day but he under charged me. He said he was going to get the job done, and it was done right. Good job no complaints 👍

We had a fantastic experience on our home remodel projects with Alex and LuxeHome Construction. Early on in the quote phase what stood out was Alex’s insights and call outs about things that we (as non-contractors) would not have considered, and that all of the others we were getting quotes from had missed/neglected. For example, part of our project involved removing a built in hutch that divided some rooms, and Alex was the only one that thought to ask about flooring considerations and if we had enough spare planks to cover up and make the space open (we didn’t). Rather than being surprised by later flooring fixes or costs, we were able to adjust the plan upfront and got some beautiful custom cabinets installed instead as our upgrade on the space. The work all proceeded on the expected schedule and our only surprises along the way were self-inflicted after our own reconsiderations after work had been done. We greatly enjoyed working with Alex and would go with LuxeHome again if we have any future projects!

I like to share my story to everyone who is looking to find the company they can trust to work with custom needs. Me and my wife were working before with couple well known companies in Sacramento for our remodeling projects. One day driving home I saw working van with a name LuxeHome on it. Decided to call them just to check pricing and see what they can offer to us for our next planned project. Christmas season was over and we wanted to make couple updates in our house and spatially mudroom & laundry. We spoke with contractors we knew & many other contractors. LuxeHome Construction was one of them as well. Our meeting with Alex was clearly mind blowing experience. His honesty, attention to details and professionalism made us jump to work with his team this time. Luxehome has made my kitchen from the 1960’a style kitchen to a cozy modern cheerful bright farmhouse style. The vision that I’m looking for in a kitchen was achieved through collaboration with Luxehome Construction manager Alex and his staff. Alex listened patiently to details to what I need to accomplished in a kitchen and the vision to make the kitchen as functional and practical in the daily basis. The functionality, storage space area and style are important qualities a kitchen should have in a home. Ample counter space for food preparation, a well-organized storage system with easy access to frequently used items, The layout with the refrigerator, sink, and stove positioned sufficient lighting, and a design that minimizes unnecessary movement while cooking. Luxehome was able to provide for me and my husband the use of the kitchen effectively with stylish design look. Alex was able to see our vision as well as giving recommendations and suggestions. Alex would keep us informed of what is being worked on day by day to keep us aware on the timeline and expectations. This is important to us open communication. Overall we are pleased with Luxehome and the craftsmanship and attentiveness to details. My husband and I are very grateful to Alex and his staff for all they’ve done for my beautiful…just what I wanted kitchen!!! Thank you.

A 2024.02.11

     

Alex and his team at Luxe Home Construction just finished an ADA project for us which involved widening our garage entry doorway, hallway, and shower area doorway, installing accessible sinks, fixtures, and under sink cabinetry, relocating and reconfiguring our laundry space, and installing a taller toilet with a bidet, and a curbless, roll-in shower with grab bars, foldable shower seat, and relocated shower fixtures. It really turned out great!! Not only has it made daily life much easier by making our spaces so much more functional and accessible, but it really looks amazing!! Alex was great to work with throughout the planning, construction, and closing process. He was flexible, responsive, supportive, and provided some great design and material recommendations and suggestions. We had to order and have installed a number of special and/or custom materials to support our ADA needs and Alex and his team did an excellent job helping us find and/or directly sourcing and installing these specific materials. Last, but not least, as we learned firsthand, doing an ADA remodel for spaces that are really essential and highly used/high traffic spaces for daily living is quite challenging. Alex and his team made an extraordinary effort to make adjustments and accommodations in scheduling and installation priorities to work around our limitations and special requirements due to our accessibility circumstances. This was really important to us and greatly appreciated! We know Alex and his team were not always able to do the project according to a traditional (and probably most logical or efficient) schedule and method, but Alex was always able to pivot and move his team around to support us and our project. We very strongly recommend Alex, his team, and Luxe Home Construction to anyone needing home remodeling work done! Thank you Alex and your team at Luxe Home Construction, you guys are the best!
