We’ve been using the Ryan NoTill double disc openers for a number of years now on our Flexicoil 820 bar. More recently added the Ryan coiled closing wheels.
These closing wheels firm the soil around the seed whilst still leaving a bit of tilth above the seed.
This system is capable of sowing through very heavy stubble without blockages.
Being able to retrofit a disc opener onto our machine was much more affordable than purchasing another machine and gives us the option to put the tynes back on if required.
The ongoing support and quick response to enquiries and parts orders from the Ryan team has also been exceptional.
Been using variants of the double discs on different machines for nearly 10 years now. Paul and Toby are good for taking on feedback and happy to work with you. Great products they supply

Great service and product. Using the Ryan nt discs to place fertiliser on my seedhawk machine. Allowing me to get through trash and heavy stubble with ease.
Much less soil throw and increased forward speed meaning more output. All round success so far.

In 2019 we retrofitted an older Gason Trashmaster bar ahead of the 2020 season and immediately couldn’t go past the Ryan NT double disc system, from a conventional knife-point tyne setup to a complete double disc unit conversion in the matter of days was nothing short of impressive. Primarily we use the disc units in red loams and some grey cracking clays. The performance is unmatched in trash flow, seed placement, fuel economy and the minimal maintenance required is well and truly appreciated. The team at Ryan NT have developed an innovative retrofit solution for us and we greatly thank Paul, Toby and the whole crew for their ongoing support.

I have fitted RyanNT double discs to my air seeder, absolutely brilliant! Worked in all conditions through all 3 soil types in my farm with excellent seeding depth control. None of the previous years crop residues caused any problems with blockages and no hair pinning. Two of the biggest advantages are fuel and time saving. Paul and Tony are excellent to deal with. Highly Recommended converting an existing bar with the RyanNT double disc system.
