Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I told him the issues we were having and he told me the various things he would check for and how they can be fixed. Once the issue was found I was told about it, what the normal should be and how to manage it in case it came back. I can't recommend them enough

Ryan saved the day when my heating and hot water developed a fault. He was able to squeeze me in to his busy schedule and fixed the problem professionally, and for a fair price. Contacted Ryan on Friday evening and he came out first thing on Saturday morning - exactly when he said he would. He was extremely helpful in identifying and explaining the problem so that we understood what was wrong. Completed a full service and fixed the issue within the hour! Would definitely recommend and will be using again next year.
Ryan came to work in my house for complete two days, removed my 15 year old boiler, big water cylinder and installed a powerful Worcester combi boiler.
