First time camper buyer here and I've learned a lesson the hard way I didn't qualify for much and I knew I wouldn't but I was okay with that but when the camper came in the person I was working with was all too excited telling me this had everything I needed well at first glance I'm thinking okay I can do this and then they had an inspection or so they said and I felt something in the floor and I asked them about it cuz allegedly they had inspected the camper now the catch was it was sold as is but they again supposedly did an inspection I asked him about what I felt on the floor and he says that it was like a little bit of an overcut that it really wasn't a hole and everything was solid he done checked it all okay first mistake believing them okay second mistake they gave me two keys one key does not belong to this camper at all one key opens the door and no key to the pouches on the side all all the storage unit are left open all the time I've already been robbed twice another thing the pull out sleeper on the back it's bowed out from underneath water damage you can smell the water damage in the floor now I have lights that don't work I have switches that don't work I got played hard and my biggest mistake was trusting them the guy who did this so-called inspection looked me in the face standing with the person the sales lady that was with me and said that he checked it all and it was okay and at this camper was an excellent shape no it's not it is in bad shape This was meant for children and me who needed rescued out of a bad situation I understand there were going to be some imperfections but not to this magnitude these people have hurt me and my kids innocence I've had food stolen out the back Locker because I don't have a key I have a valve on the black water tank that's not there at all I have an outdoor mini kitchen here and it doesn't work I have an oven that they said that they had checked and said that it works and it doesn't work I will never go back to Camping World again I am in process of rebuilding my credit like I said we came out of a really bad situation so I was a little desperate and anxious to believe someone I won't make that mistake again this Camping World looked me in the face and lied to me and now there are things broken on this camper that right now I can't afford to fix at all I do not recommend and if you do go make sure you know what you're doing I should have went to the other person to the other company and I went against my better judgment and this is what I got sorry this review was so long but I wanted people to know exactly why I was giving them the review that I did

We came to this place to look at a few trailers. We wanted to keep the price to a min. Upon walking in the 2 "girls" immediately asked for our IDs and email, ookkay. They to me and my family are very stuck up.. waited seems a decade to get to see trailers. We found our 2022 trailer, everything seems good, bought it out right, got a "we will check everything out make sure everything is good". OK, got to our camp site almost 2hrs away, got everything hooked up and turned the water on..... WAIT, THERE'S A LEAK BEHIND THE TOILET!! ARE YOU KIDDING!! We called service and oh wait we DON'T DO MOBILE SERVICE you have to bring it here!!! We are not going to fold up our trailer, leave our site and drive almost over 2hrs for a fix and then they say sorry can't fix it fir a few days!! Maybe the dealership of RVs should pay for our motel bill. So we deal with a leaking valve behind our toilet and use bottled water to fill and drain our toilet and use the campgrounds shower... so much for an inspection!!!! It's very upsetting 😡 1 star for the camper. YOU DID NOT CLEAN THR INSIDE, I HAD TO, THE STOVE WAS FREAKING NASTY, HAD TO CLEAN THAT, THE OVEN HAD ??? IN IT FREAKING REALLY?? HAD TO CLEAN THAT!!! VERY POOR

This place is a rip off! I went to camping world to purchase a camper and got a used one and wasn’t happen with it so returned it 3 days later and I was charged 27000 and they only gave me 11000 towards brand new one. They had told me they would take off a lot of extras to eat the negative and that was a joke. Needless to say I only had camper for a couple months and had to leave Tennessee and asked them what they would suggest and they told me they have a great turnaround with consignment and would be able to sell usually within 20 days and could at least get close to 30,000 which when all said and done I paid close to 50,000 but was willing to take loss. Then when they didn’t sell it they said they would give me 18,000 for it and this camper had never been used. No toilet, no shower all tags still hanging on it so I was like no way I can’t take that big of loss. So I drove to Tennessee to pick up and there were things that were not working, like battery completely dead and I’m not sure how if they had it up for consignment they said it was plugged in. I just don’t know how they can get away with burning people but again I will never recommend going to camping world for rv purchases

Went in over the weekend during the RV Expo to look at some campers. Tyson was a great help answering our questions and did good job explaining what we were asking. We didn't feel pressured and got our questions answered and why we're not in position to buy right now we will definitely go back and ask for Tyson when we are.

I went to Camping World to get some prices. A nice young Man named Brendon walked up and we started talking. I knew it would be a hard sale. Brendon took my info and went to work. They had received a trade in earlier that morning. One time deal. And I happened to be there. These guys are So Awesome. So they hooked me up w/ a 28 ft 5th wheel. Was a trade in but in perfect condition. Half price, half down payment, and delivery to site. For me, this don't happen. But that day, everything fell into place. NO hassle, No pressure. It happened so Easy I didn't realize it happened till half way home. Camping World was Excellent, and I will recommend Highly... Thank You Camping World.

We went for the Camping Expo event to look and some of the used models that I had researched online. We were fortunate to meet Joey Cutrer on the lot. He took us to the models we were interested in as well as some new models that were similar. Joey listened to us and made suggestions without trying to pressure us. He was very knowledgeable on the wide variety of units we looked at and if there was something he was not sure about, he got the answer right away. Once we decided on the model, we met Robbie Andrews to go over the financing and and options available. Again, he was knowledgeable and professional. We got exactly what we needed for our camper. Before we left we met Melissa and got the accessories we purchased as well as the door prized we won. We left feeling great about the purchase. I recommend going to see these folks.
