This was our first time buying a home so the whole thing felt very intimidating at first. From the very first conversation we had with Natalie, our stress pretty much evaporated. She took our numerous and tedious phone calls, always explaining the complex process and made it simple to understand. Our experience with her made our dream of home ownership simple and reassuring.
