It is so interesting how they ask carriers to give updates on everything. Every little change they don’t like, they can close your account. You are expected to call for every tiny update or adjustment. But when you call them, they never answer. They don’t care about your time, and clearly not about the customers either. Clients end up blaming the carriers for RunBuggy’s mistakes.Customers stay away, and transporters stay even farther away.
Very sad to see how this company treats carriers, as if they are nothing.
It feels like talking to a wall. You call for weeks, and the only answer you get is, “Our blue department will get back to you.” This goes on for months with no follow-up at all.
There is never any explanation for example, why an account is closed or what actually happened. So many people answer the phone, yet nothing ever gets resolved and they are keep repeating the same exact sentance over and over again.
Honestly, it makes you wonder if anyone is truly capable of helping even counting till 10 if you ask them to. It is extremely frustrating and disrespectful.
Save your time, carriers, and work with someone else.
Price point was great. Service was terrible. Car was picked up late with no notice to the pickup POC. Delivery was three days latter than posted with no real update. Drive posted a Friday delivery that did not happen. Had to call, they got back with Sat. Sat came and gone. Contact again via phone to get oh it will be delivered today(Sunday) between 10 to 12. Post then happened on app to same. Got text that confirmed they could deliver up to 5pm. Told them by 4 that staff left at 5pm. Came back with 12 noon delivery. So great car got there but you failed on every customer service item

I would not suggest Runbuggy to anyone. My dealer used them to arrange shipping for me. It has been 10 days since the order and there is still no progress. They seem to use very unreliable carriers. First one cancelled pickup for no reason, second one said freeway was closed, next morning his truck broke down 2 miles from the dealer. Next one had an accident and 14 fractures right before picking up my car. Every time they call me and promise me the car will be picked up the same day or 1st thing next morning. This is also during snow bird season when it’s easy to ship a car from south to north. Will be canceling my order first thing tomorrow morning and using a different broker. Save yourself some time and frustration, run away from Runbuggy!

This was really impressive from start to finish. The car was picked up by Stephan on Friday 10/10 in Sarasota, FL and delivered to us in Northern California on Wednesday 10/16. The car emerged from a beautiful covered transport rig very well cared for during it's journey west. I highly recommend this company. The oricinwas fair and very competitive. Excellent all around.
Very frustrating .!!!! Late and no communication
After three weeks at dealership the carrier picked up the new Mercedes sprinter van and gave me a delivery date for arrival it was around 3-4 days from Florida to upstate NY. So when the vehicle never showed up in the time it said it would I started calling to get an update and was told it was going to be 3 extra days so when the three day goes by still no vehicle or updates and I had to call and get answers to make a long story short it took me 3 weeks to get a brand new Mercedes sprinter transported to NY from Florida. RunBuggy should have better standards and accountability for the people that are representing there company and hold The delivery people accountable when they promise a date for delivery and say they can do it and end up being a week late that is not acceptable or professional in any way. The second issue is the communication Between delivery driver and customer was horrible there was no updates or comminication other than original eta that was missed I ended up wasting a day of working to wait for a delivery guy that never showed up. I understand things happen and sometimes equipment breaks or whatever the issue may be that we have no control over but when you give a customer
We an eta window there needs to be communication when that eta is not going to happen so we can keep being productive on the customer end I would not Recommend unless this company changes the way it is currently operating. There was nothing professional about this delivery… Run buggy should realize that your company is only as good as the people that are working for you and what I received for service for the 4k dollar fee they was paid was totally unacceptable hopefully RunBuggy reads this and make the appropriate changes. Terrible service, should have had my car a week ago, no eta in sight
I was recommended to use Run Buggy by eBay for the shipment of a vehicle I purchased. Based on RB cost I realized I was paying 25% more than I’ve shipped in the past but thought that it was because it was an eBay trusted supplier and I would get better service. I am experiencing terrible customer service. 5 transporters have cancelled on RB for shipping my car. I never once was told by RB it was always the seller who called me to tell me the car wasn’t picked up again.
