Edit: they clarified that the offers are only valid in store. So there is a disclaimer in the emails now. I do love this place.
I would rate this place higher but the marketing is deceptive. This is not the first time that I've gotten a promo email and planned to have lunch at Rumi only to discover the promo does not exist at the actual restaurant.

Please guys, get an app and if you are going to do a mailer, make sure you can order it online. Also $14 for a chicken burger is crazy.

Did curbside pickup. The worker sat inside and laughed when I checked in. She then proceeded to not bring the food out and sit on her phone. And glared when I came in to pick it up. No help at all as she also got the order wrong and food was burnt. 0/10. Normally pretty good but today was awful.
Why would you ever come to Rumbi when for the same price you could go to Side of Aloha or MoBettah? Rumbi is bland, portions are small, and the food over priced. I ordered a “grilled chicken” that was probably prepared on a George Foreman. Maybe Michael Scott would eat here. I’m never coming back.
