I would not even give single star. Worst in customer dealing. Very bad in commitment. And they made me wait 2,3 hours because of their mistake. Every time they missed things whatever i asked. Never visit them ever.

رغم ان الخياط رجالي ولكنه عمل لي اجمل بدلة نسائية من فستان و جاكيت و كان متفهم وعدل لي على الجاكيت مره وحدة بالبروفا وبعدها استلمت بيرفكت على جسمي و نصيحة اخذوا القماش بنفسكم من محل فاشو جنبهم على طول .. ديباك والخيياط شاهد من افضل من تعاملت معهم

I was looking to get my first tailored suit, and told myself before my appointment I would only move forward if I felt comfortable that I was dealing with people who knew what they were doing within 2 minutes of arriving I knew I was in the right place. The team did a great job of running through what was available and what would suit me best, and were upfront that some styles not fit my body shape. I really appreciated this, it was a ruman's team 'tailored' to me, and liked that they looked for the right suit and not just to push a sale. The suit came and fitted perfectly I would recommended to my friends also Thanks to Ruman's team..

If I could give 6 or 7 or more stars I would. The Tuxedo that Master Taylor Noor Mohamed did for me was made to perfection. His experience, patience, professionalism, attention to details ( working fast and straight to the point with perfect measures) and kindness really shows as the fruits of his (over) 30 years as a master Taylor. I highly recommend Ruman Suits for whoever wants to feel so good, smart and confortable in a new suit! P.S: the 2 shirts that he did for me are also perfect! Thank you soooo much!

Excellent service and work by the team. Had requested for multiple trials and that too late at night because of my work schedule, they happily obliged. Will definitely come again and get more things tailored.
