Brought my John Deere F680 Ztrak front mower in for an engine upgrade, new drive tires, blades, repair to the lights, and tracking alignment. The mower runs better than new. RTI is great to work with, has very reasonable labor rates, and can pick up/deliver. Ed the mechanic is highly skilled.

Purchased the HaySaver-L from them as a promo at the Lawrence county fair last year (2024). I was a bit skeptical about spending so much on a round bale feeder. After using it all year I am ecstatic with it. It saved me from having to purchase extra hay this year. I had to buy 15 bales last year and none this year. I will actually have hay left over with the same number of cows and the same fields baled. The design with the tire at the bottom makes it unmovable by the cows, and I had a 1700 bull in with it all winter. The waste around the feeder is also minimal compared to a traditional feeder. RTL was awesome to work with and they make delivery easy with the hoist they have on there truck.

I met Mike & Larry for the first time today when I had a problem with a mower belt on a Husqvarna tractor. Both guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me some great advice on how to solve my problem and took the time to explain the situation thoroughly. When I'm in need of any parts or equipment, they are definitely the guys that I'll go see.

Called the business asking for a repair on my troybuilt. They said ok would only be a week. I rent in to drop off and was told by other employee they don't do troybuilts. They could look at it but then it was 3 weeks to wait. So much confusion all around and unknown service.
