So far not so good. I managed to speak to someone a week ago who took all my details, I went to the trouble of emailing photos, I was told someone would get back to me, so far no one has been in touch and they are unreachable, the number goes straight to voicemail, so I won't be recommending these people. Very unprofessional, time wasters.

They have true arborists at RTEC vs. other tree companies that just want to cut your trees as much as possible to drive up the bill. I've been using RTEC for almost 10 years now and trust them entirely. I don't allow anyone to work on our giant red oak except RTEC!

We had a couple branches on big trees in our backyard were broken. Ben, their arborist, came out and looked over all our trees to determine what all needed to be done. Their team came out the very next day and cut down all the unhealthy and broken branches. Would highly recommend RTEC for anyone looking to take good care of their trees!

Ben, the arborist, is a true professional. Passionate about trees and provides great guidance regarding trimming and whether a tree should be removed. The crew that showed up to trim and remove two trees (one dead, one diseased) were friendly I'm fully satisfied that they were doing. The carefully removed an Oak that was probably, 70' tall, without damaging an adjacent fence or create damage in my and my neighbor's yard. Further, they took care to avoid my sprinkler system and other plants. I enthusiastically recommend them for any tree work.

The staff at RTEC is great. The consultation they gave was helpful, and it was clear that they know what they're doing. They coordinated with another family member who also needed tree care to make scheduling easy for both jobs. The crew obviously care about the health of of trees they work on and take pride in doing a good job. They know how to prune trees to make them look great without cutting too much.
