Tom was the tech for RTC, to upgrade the fiber internet at my home. He called before he showed up to make sure appointment time was good. He showed up right on time. He was polite and friendly. He explained what had to be done to upgrade my phone box, new cabling, and the new router. He answered all the questions I had about it. I offered to help some to gain access to the crawlspace under my home and pull the new cable through the old access hole in the floor. He had the new equipment up and working in a short time and checked to make sure wifi was working good and the home phone worked fine. Thank you Tom. And thank you RTC.
