This company ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Today is the 4th or 5th time in the last 4 months, our wifi has been down. When we call them its ALWAYS,EVERY SINGLE TIME the same excuse, "its down on our end right now, we arnt sure when its going to be back up" it went out at 9pm last night, here it is 3pm the next day, still no internet. Did I forget to mention its holiday break, so I have 3 kids home, not able to watch TV, or play their games, its 30° outside, my pellet stove connects to our wifi so we can change the settings, now my digital screen on my pellet stove is glitch ing out, from being connected and disconnected from the wifi every 3 minutes all night/day. Im over your "services" wich clearly are not your services, if it was yours you would be able to fix it you wouldn't need to wait for the other party you keep telling me your waiting on. This is pathetic, if we dont pay you you'll shut it off, but its ok for us to go days withiut service while paying 100$ a month for the "best" wifi we could get. Your robbing me and im tired of it i will be switching to any other internet provider than you.
