Ruben and his crew were amazing and professional throughout the project, and we are beyond delighted with the results! Ruben is very detail-oriented and makes excellent suggestions that has changed our minds about parts of our design, so you're getting some fabulous design inputs by going with him too! Having seen many contractors not pay attention to proper drainage behind retaining walls, we requested Ruben to pay special attention to it, but were pleasantly surprised when Ruben was not only experienced in doing it the right way, but also went above and beyond in making sure our drainage concerns were addressed. What his crew did was as good as the best drainage videos I've seen and researched on YouTube! Not only do you get high quality workmanship and design, Ruben uses really high quality materials to make sure his work lasts a lifetime. He was there himself throughout the project, not only managing everyone's work excellently but also setting an example for his crew with his own work ethic. He is also competitive on pricing, and we are 100% sure our money was well spent! We'll post pictures once the grass has grown and everything looks finished, but we're so happy with our backyard makeover -- thank you for making our dreams come true, Ruben!!

My wife and I hired Ruben and his team to replace an ugly concrete retaining wall, install a new walkway and platform to the front door and remove and reinstall a new driveway. From the initial contact, to working through the quote and contract, to executing the project, Ruben was prompt, professional and even took the time to send visuals of how he envisioned the finished project to look. The quality of his work is superb, and I can unequivocally say I’ve never seen a crew work so hard. He clearly maintains excellent industry relationships (the actual asphalt paving was done by another company) – but Ruben was right there when they arrived. He oversaw everything and ensured we only had to deal with him. In a time when it can be difficult to get skilled tradespeople to return a phone call, his friendly demeanor, prompt replies to our questions, and dedication to quality were hugely appreciated. We look forward to working on future projects with RS Construction and Landscaping and can’t recommend them enough!

Ruben and his team were great! They came when they said they would and were over communicative on the project. Ruben was always available for questions and last minute changes. I had him turn a hill into a two tiered landing pad with two retaining walls to expand my pool area. He also helped build an enclosure around my pool equipment. Very personable, reliable, quality work and good prices. Will be having him and his team back to do phase 2 of my patio. Highly Recommended!

I had a porch added to my house. The existing brick walkway did not line up with the porch and frankly clashed. My contractor, Preserve Services, suggested Rubens. He came out promptly, gave me a reasonable estimate and helped me choose the right pavers. His crew dismantled my old walkway and installed the new one in only eight hours. It is absolutely gorgeous. I can confidently recommend this contractor for your next project.

Side note- the construction truck didn’t leak oil on our pavement like many construction vehicles do! Yes, that matters. Highly recommend this company.
