RS Strength is a great neighborhood gym! The owners are so kind and always there to help, the place is clean, and never too crowded. There is a community feel in the space that creates a positive atmosphere to workout in. Highly recommend!

I worked out here for about a year in the mornings. Great gym with great owners who have a really positive attitude and welcoming environment. It was never too crowded, the equipment was brand new and the gym was kept very clean.

Truly a hidden gem and excellent local gym. Clean, professional, and every piece of equipment you could need. If you want access to boxing gym equipment, as I did, this is the best place to go. The owner and all the trainers are incredibly kind and welcoming.

Equipments all in wonderful shape, boxing class is amazing, the space is always very tidy. Most importantly I feel very safe and comfortable being here, the host is very kind and helpful, folks coming here are always nice and friendly

Fantastic gym with friendly staff and many options for classes and trainers. Incredibly clean and with an atmosphere of mutual support you'd never feel in a "plastic" gym like Equinox or Crunch.

I joined RS Strength because I was no longer satisfied with going to a standard commercial gym. RS has plenty of high quality machines, free weights, kettlebells, squat racks, a boxing ring, a shower, lockers, and an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff (Hi, Daniel!) who have only ever been welcoming and SO kind to me since I’ve joined. The monthly fee is beyond reasonable for the boutique experience you’re getting. Love this place and I hope they thrive.

This is the best boxing gym I’ve ever been to, great group of guys who lead the boxing classes and the friendliest management at the gym. After I had freshly moved to NYC this place was the first place that made me feel like I had a community that supported and wanted the best for me. I highly recommend RS Strength to everyone, whether you’re a New York transplant or a local; they’ll get you right. 12/10

RS Strength is a nice gym in a neighborhood that is lacking many options for gyms. I utilize the strength equipment, though they offer boxing classes and training, too. The gym is kept very clean--I was in at an off hour and I saw the owners sanitizing the space--and every person affiliated with the gym is friendly.

Run don't walk to this gym!! This has truly been the best gym I have ever been to. I love the semi-private experience of it all - it makes my workout routine much less stressful and comfortable. The staff are also ridiculously friendly and helpful, and are always down to help me when I have questions or if I need someone to spot me. If you live in this area or have the time to commute to this gym, whether it be for regular gym access or for one of their classes, I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!!

My experience at RS Strength has been amazing. I've been a member since September, and I had a plan on getting fit, which Daniel and Justin have helped and guided me with a tailored plan that suited me. The gym and equipment are new and clean, the staff is amazing and welcoming, prices are reasonable, and members that I've encountered have been friendly and welcoming. They have a limited stock of protein shakes and natural energy drinks, which are amazing. I recommend getting either one after a workout. Overall, I recommend taking a look at RS Strength if you live or are around the area. 'Use it, don't lose it' - Daniel (P.S. I've lost it, lol).
