My first experience with RRT....and they surpassed my expectations! From now on my 2013 BMW X5 will be serviced by these guys! Price, quality of the work, and speed of repair were key factors in making my 5 star rating. My second experience with them just confirmed this review. On 31 Oct I needed to have a complete diagnostic done on the X5 as I was preparing to sell it. Using the diagnostic as a guide, RRT advised on needed servicing, to include those things that absolutely did not need to be done. Had I taken the X5 to a BMW dealer I’m sure there would have been unnecessary work suggested…but not at RRT. These guys stink of integrity! James Campbell sends
service was really good as always-and at a great price...this go round thou they had to drop the steering rack to do the oil pan gasket on my m2-now my wheel is a little bit off centered, not a big deal but I will have to get it adjusted at some point as it irks me. Now I know RRT would have taken care of as soon as I mentioned it, but it was closing on 5pm and after 2 days, had to run.
They also replaced the 2 engine mounts
So oil pan gasket, 2 mounts for $1900 is a great price believe me. No other place to get honest work done for this price anywhere in the DMV imo
I got some track day prep work done for my GR Supra at RRT- brake fluid flush, race pads, and oil change. RRT was recommended to me by other seasoned track day enthusiasts and I can see why. The work was done quickly and flawlessly, in and out in an hour for each visit. They also provided some great information on what potential mechanical issues to keep an eye out for when tracking this car. I will surely be stopping by again in the future.
