I've taken three different cars to RRT over the last 5-6 years and have always been pleased with their work, customer service, flexibility, responsiveness and price. Most recently, I had lowering springs installed. I had to postpone my appointment at the last minute... no problem, Michael at RRT promptly rescheduled the appointment without hesitation. I was informed they would probably need to keep the car overnight to finish the installation and alignment... nope, RRT got me out the same day without sacrificing quality. I trust and highly recommend RRT, especially if you have a BMW or Porsche needing professional advice, service or are considering modifications. Attached photo is one of the cars they have worked on for me, including installation of Apex wheels and SuperSprint Exhaust.
RRT has been my go-to shop in the DMV area. I only trust these guys to work on my M3. They are highly experienced with BMWs. Even though I am based in the Baltimore area, I still choose to make the drive to them because I know they will treat my car better than any BMW service shop would.
RRT did a great, long-term effort in repairing and improving my e46 M3 recently. They replaced a broken clutch fork pivot, installed a new clutch, mounted, balanced and installed a new set of tires, completed the rear subframe reinforcement and replaced a leaking differential seal.
In addition, they doggedly researched and repaired my complete SMG system, despite supplier setbacks and limited SMG expertise outside the OEM. To top it off, they got my car expertly detailed before I picked it up.
The result was my 64k mile old, 2002 M3 looks and now drives like a brand new M3. When I had an unrelated electrical issue 300 miles later, principal James took a personal interest in my predicament, and offered expert guidance to efficiently help me out and troubleshoot the problem. Overall, I was extremely impressed with RRT’s expertise, work ethic, and even pricing.

I recently took my car to RRT & RRT Racing in Dulles, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. If you own a European car—especially a BMW—this is the place to go.
The team here clearly knows their stuff. They handled the work expertly and, most importantly, they got the job done much quicker than I expected. It’s hard to find a shop that balances high-level technical skill with fast turnaround times, but they nailed it. Regarding the cost: the pricing was fair.
