This review of RRT is for those who have a moment to hear me out. In other words, take a moment to smell the flowers. As I learned by going to start my car in the evening hours, it would not start. Puzzled, I kept pushing the start button; but nothing would happen. Getting very worried, I emailed RRT that evening and the next morning, I received a phone call from Mr. James. Relief was in progress. I had my 2009 “cute little bimmer” car towed to RRT. Without delay, Technician Abdullah Ahmed* diagnosed the problem. Mr. James called me and told me that my bimmer needed a new engine starter. It hadn’t had one since I purchased it new in 2009. It was a very busy time at RRT. My. James asked me how fast do I need it. I said, “I don’t have any other car; I guess now.” Mr. James said we will do our best to get your car serviced. Several hours later, Mr. James called and told me (1) I could pick up my car before they close; or (2) he could make arrangements for me to pick up my “cute little bimmer” after closing hours. The feeling RRT gave me, at a time of urgency, was absolutely wonderful. This, coupled with my years of bimmer-care service at RRT since 2018, made me happy. I’m a senior citizen and I need my car to go grocery shopping, etc., but mostly, to my exercising classes :-) Us seniors need to attend these social, communicative, and health-inspiring classes b/c they are good for us. We need our cars. RRT helps me with this need and I appreciate their professional, quality, and personal services to the fullest. I want to extend my thank you to RRT (Mr. James, Mr. John, and to Mr. Abdullah). You may have noticed an * I placed after Mr. Abdullah’s name above. Towards the end of each year, I take my “cute little bimmer” to RRT for its annual oil change. I didn’t drive it much last year; meaning, it sat a lot. Mr. Abdullah gave my car a little spa treatment. He inspected it and he cleaned it out very well from it sitting. Now, can you see why I take my “cute little bimmer” to RRT for automotive services. In a nutshell (and I hope Mr. Abdullah didn’t find any in/under my car :-), RRT is very reliable, does excellent automotive services, accommodate customers, and gives personal attention to customer needs. Thank you!
RRT Automotive is my new shop for my 2020 BMW X5! First, they were great at communicating via email and quoted me what I needed quickly. Scheduling was easy and everyone at the shop was super friendly and nice. Abdullah efficiently inspected my vehicle and did the repair. I also asked if they could have my state inspection done and to my delight; they were able to get that completed. Super easy to work with and I highly recommend!
If you are looking for a shop that treats your car with the precision and respect it deserves, RRT is the place to go. They recently installed a MAD 5-inch mid-pipe and axle-back exhaust on my 2026 BMW G90 M5, and the entire experience was flawless.
From the very beginning, their communication was top-tier. Leading up to the appointment, they were incredibly responsive, answering all my questions and keeping me informed. That proactive communication didn't stop once the car was in the shop; they kept me updated throughout the install and followed up afterward to ensure everything was perfect.
Their extensive knowledge of the BMW platform is immediately obvious. They don't just bolt parts on—they understand the platform inside and out, even on these brand-new G90 models. A perfect example of their attention to detail was the installation of the aftermarket valve controller. They went the extra mile to route and secure the wiring flawlessly, making sure it looks incredibly clean and functions exactly as it should.
The turnaround time was fast, the staff was highly professional, and the craftsmanship is unmatched. I won't hesitate to bring my car back to RRT for future work. Highly recommended!
Awesome experience working with RRT, got KW HAS Lowering springs installed on my G82 M4. The installation was done perfectly and my car look so much more aggressive and drives much more planted. The quality of work they do here is unmatched.
If you are looking to modify, fix, or maintain your bmw, RRT Racing is the place to go. I always shop around before I choose a shop to go to, and even though RRT prices were slightly higher, the peace of mind I got is well worth it in my honest opinion. They really know their stuff and will take care your vehicle like it’s one of their own.
RRT is one of the only shops that I trust to work on my cars. They've been doing track prep and maintenance/upgrade work for me for many years. They're not the cheapest game in town, but they are thorough, and the business treats the techs well (which is important to me). They also support BMWCCA NCC HPDE, which we instructors really appreciate.
