This is the best water in Las Vegas, possibly the best water I've ever had. The store is always clean, the staff is very friendly and the owner Sam is very personable. Always come in for great water and leave having great conversation. I will always buy my water from Red Rock Springs Water!

Seriously anyone looking for the absolute BEST water in Vegas it's Red Rock Springs Water. After much research and investigating because I am very picky with my water we landed with Red Rocks! Honestly the best water I ever had. Also, the service is impeccable! If you have any questions they will take their time and educate you on the water they supply. It's amazing water! We are very grateful for it! Even my dog won't drink anything else but this water!! Only the Best for all of us in our household!!

My family drinks more water now, and my coffee tastes brighter. The refill station is spotless with the same clean, pleasant environment—always. The staff is consistently helpful and ready to assist. I’ve been getting all of my Alkaline Water and Purified Water from Red Rock Springs Water for over 12 years, and the reliability hasn’t wavered—on-time service, clear communication, and fair, transparent pricing. If you want a local Las Vegas company that’s consistent, respectful, fairly priced, and quality-focused, this is it. Five stars without hesitation.
Pretty good water and prices. Definitely loved the helpfulness and the guy was very nice but he had a strange/bad vibe to him. I did some digging and turns out hes on the offenders list. Good store just a somewhat questionable guy🤷♀️

Unsanitary! The last time I bought water from them, a man got cut on one of their valves. The staff didn't have any cleaning sprays or sanitary wipes to clean up the blood that dripped on the counter and cart. If the staff didn't have any cleaning supplies, do you think the owner regularly changes filters and cleans the equipment?

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with the incident at my store. It was brought to my attention a week later, when I watched the video of this incident in question. That being said, that employee has since been terminated for the seriousness of the situation. However, your account of the clean-up procedure is inaccurate. Had you stayed, you would have noticed KJ promptly cleaning the counter space with bleach, as well as the cart. We take cleanliness extremely seriously.
If you knew who I was, you would know immediately that I take my store’s cleanliness extremely seriously, as well as the safety of each of my customers. I changed out the brackets the man cut himself on. I also noticed him slamming the lever up hard, which hurt his finger. In my 13 years, that has never happened. Because it had, I replaced them, and we should never have an issue again.
My concern regarding your review is that this incident happened 4 months ago. I’m not sure of your motive for writing this review 4 months later. I accept your review, and if you had come in after the incident, you would have noticed the changes. You didn’t. Furthermore, you attacked my character. You assumed that because I was not there for this incident, I must not clean my place. Brother, I can promise you this: no water store does what I do. No one. The reason is they’re cheap and only care about the money. I change all filters every month, even if I do not have to. I flush 2,500 gallons of water and scrub out my holding tanks every month. DO NOT EVER ASSASSINATE MY CHARACTER. I have many cancer customers that come to Red Rock Springs Water. I lost my mother to cancer. I take this extremely seriously. I will be honest with you—I do not care if you come back or not. But I will never be attacked verbally or through social media. I am sorry that you experienced this at my store. I will show you the changes made, and if you want to see what I do to make sure you all have the best water, you are cordially invited to see me wasting hundreds of dollars’ worth of water and see for yourself. This is the best water store I have ever been to! The owner is so kind and amazing. He’s very knowledgable about the benefits of alkaline water and your health. The store is always clean and tidy and the prices are great! The alkaline water is a game changer, I absolutely love it and recommend it 100%, it’s better than Smart Water in my opinion. The purified water is also amazing! I can’t say enough great things about this business, you should experience it for yourself!!
