Roobik has come to my house a total of three times.
1. He came to my house to install an outdoor outlet, which I did use him for (and tipped)
2. He came to my house to give a quote for a job I didn't use him for.
3. He came to my house one additional time (and now last time), to give a quote for a subpanel install outside.
Within a few minutes of the third visit, after observing unrelated electrical work he didn't perform for me, he uttered something to the effect of "I've come to your house 2 or 3 times now and given you a quote, and you don't use me. I'm not going to provide a quote without charging 2 hours of labor, to measure the distance of the cable runs". On its own, a ridiculous statement which no other electrician has asked of me, as I have had other electricians bid for this job already that have no issues with taking out a tape measure and providing an estimate within a few minutes of being onsite.
At the end of the day, I invited Roobik to my house in good faith, to provide an estimate for what will amount to several thousands of dollars of work, and rather than provide a quote, I got lectured and instructed to get a quote from the other electricians that have worked on my house.
There are many electricians/contractors that aren't going to chastise you for not sending every job their way, I recommend you find a different electrician as this last (and final) interaction was baffling, unprofessional, and uncalled for.

I can't say enough great things about R Power Services! They installed an EV charger in my garage, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Roobik came out for the estimate and was incredibly thorough, clearly explaining all of my installation options and answering every question I had. Once I purchased the charger, he scheduled the installation within 48 hours, arrived right on time, and did a fantastic job. The installation was clean and professional--and he even patched the wall afterward! Everything went perfectly, and the attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend R Power Services and will absolutely be using them again for any future electrical work.

Roobik installed a Tesla Wall Connector this morning, and he and his assistant did an excellent job in under two hours. He knows what he is doing and doesn't engage in the nonsense often found with other general contractors. Roobik gets straight to the point, clearly outlining the problem and how he intends to resolve it. Also, so no trashes/dusts left behind. Very neat. One more trustworthy point I can make is that he actually shows up and manages the project from beginning to end. R Power Services is a highly dependable company! (Thumbs up)

Roobik and his assistant (sorry forgot your name!) did great work running ethernet cables on my house.
We ran cables from the modem to two outside camera locations and the detached garage. Roobik quickly gave me reasonable quotes after his site visit so I decided to work with him.
On the day of working we had few different tactics to run the cables. Roobik thoroughly analyzed the tradeoffs until we agreed upon the best solution maintenance/reliability/cost wise. The attention to detail was great. See how he tidied up the cables nicely as well as ran conduits in a clean way with silicone seal to avoid water etc intrusion. The overall price was fair as well for the time and the material spent and the quality of work.

This is the best electrician in all of Los Angeles County, but we are lucky enough to have him in our own backyard. I found him here on yelp after having several electricians that didn't help us, because they said our house was too old to do the projects we wanted or just did bad work. Roobik answered my call for help and I had an estimate in less than two hours. We needed a 240v outlet in our kitchen to support a new induction stovetop/oven. He and his helper were both professional, punctual, and didn't talk to us like we didn't know anything. Our job was complicated and he found our last ground was hidden under a bench and not up to code. It was very dangerous! It only took two days to complete everything including a four prong outlet. The most amazing thing he found was a plumbing issue that had, had a slow leak under our house for months and finally explained a funky smell and higher than average water bills that we had, had others out to investigate and no one could find. It was in a very tiny crawl space. This was not what we hired him to do, but because of his find we had a plumber out to fix it within 24 hours as an emergency. He labeled everything on our breaker box. They are lifesavers! They are honest and fair in price too! We then found out upon completion of his work that he is a general contractor. My husband and I cannot wait to hire them again and hopefully they'll be able to build us or help us with our future ADU. When they start and you receive a time and day for them to start and finish it's accurate. They are tidy and clean and repair as they go. Basically they went above and beyond! You will not be sorry hiring them!

We hired R Power to install 3 new light fixtures in our master bathroom. While on the surface this sounds like a simple job, it was much more complicated because we needed new wiring to support the fixtures and they would be located above a tall mirror where there was very limited space to work. From my initial call, Roobik was very responsive and was actually able to meet me on that same day to provide a quote. His pricing was reasonable and competitive so I immediately hired him for the job.
Throughout the entire process, Roobik explained the potential issues and options for installing the fixtures. He and his assistant were very prepared, efficient and professional. Once they opened up the wall, they had to make some adjustments but kept me in the loop for each step of the way. In the end, they installed the fixtures exactly to our requirements and the new lights look great.
I own rental property and have worked with many contractors, plumbers, electricians and other service people and R Power is among the best of them. My experience with Roobik was extremely positive and I will not hesitate to contact them again for my next electrical related project.

Sent out a project request blast on a Sunday evening and Roobik texted me very quickly asking for a quick call to go over the problem. He made time to come install my gfci outlets correctly (fixing the short in the circuit id cause by trying to do it myself poorly) and fixed another issue the next morning. Highly recommend.

Roobik took care of our complicated electrical panel upgrade with great technical skill. He communicated very clearly and promptly with us throughout the whole process. We had an amazing experience with R Power services. We needed an electric vehicle charging station installed. They recommended we pick up a specific charging station and came out as soon as it arrived and installed it -- it was no easy feat as our house has a weird garage situation but they did an incredible job and it's working perfectly. They came back a few days later and fixed some wiring in a different part of the house that had been installed incorrectly. Great people and great service. Would definitely recommend.

a circuit recently went out in our house, causing loss of power to some lights and some sockets - Roobik was responsive to my call and set up an appointment for the next day - he diligently worked to identify the problem (a wire in a junction box had detached) and promptly fixed the issue - he also patiently answered all my curious questions!
