I have used RPG for big and small projects. They changed out the “poly-B” piping in my house, installed a tankless water system and heat exchanger for in-floor heating and installed a “comfort pump” for quicker delivery of hot water. They also did the plumbing in two bathrooms and installed a new kitchen faucet. They are always on time, reasonably priced, and, most importantly do great, tidy work. I have referred friends that are also very pleased.

After recent extended rainfalls we had a continual surge of water stemming from our sump pump which was unusual and concerning to say the least. All sump pump servicing companies were naturally swamped with calls, Including RPG, however, Dan took the time on the phone to walk me through a few a few things to check and once it was narrowed down and I could go no further, he made time to come over and fix the problem. He and his team were extremely backlogged but he still was kind enough to squeeze us in. Flowing water of any kind is worrisome so his assistance was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. He has a new and loyal customer.

Had a gas garage heater and barbecue line installed by RPG recently. I am very happy with the quality of the work done and the price was fair. It did take a while and multiple follow ups to get a quote at the beginning, so maybe some room for improvement there, but once the quote was in the process and communication was smooth from then on. I had a few other quotes from other companies and the communication was lacking from some too. One company quoted literally double RPG's quote to install a cheaper heater unit, crazy. I'm very happy with the end result, the techs on site were great. If I need this type of work done again I would use RPG since they did great work for a price that actually made sense. Thanks to the RPG team.
