Avoid Royal Vending — misleading process and no good faith.
I purchased a vending machine package from Royal Vending in 2025. Both machines were first placed at the underperforming original site. One was later reallocated to another location, but that failed due to their own incorrect survey, leaving the machine idle in their warehouse. They also pushed placements into non-viable sites simply to tick the box and run out the 180-day revenue guarantee. The other machine has remained underperforming for months, and they repeatedly tried to push extra delivery costs onto me. The whole process has been tedious and not conducted in good faith. I would not recommend Royal Vending.
UPDATE in response to Royal Vending’s reply:
For clarity, their response doesn’t reflect what has actually happened. A replacement site was only offered for one machine — and that came after two months, while the other machine stayed at the underperforming original site. Even that “replacement” was a non-viable location with a break-even point of about four years in only a perfect, ideal world — clearly just ticking the box rather than providing a real solution.
One machine remains idle in their warehouse, the other continues to underperform, and the process has been dragged out and stalled in a way that looks designed to let the guarantee period lapse so they can tick the box without solving the problem. From the beginning, the original site was mishandled with the wrong planogram, creating tension and contributing to poor performance. Extra delivery charges were pushed multiple times, and there have been contradictions between the proposal, the agreement, and even the answers I received from staff.
This experience has cost me time, money, and trust — and shows a pattern of avoidance rather than genuine resolution.

Nightmare to deal the income guarantees are not worth anything so don't fall for that and service after you buy is non existent you'll be lucky to get hold of them again also expect your machines to maybe arrive broken and then a long wait to have fixed terrible investment definitely look elsewhere. I have machines with other providers not had as many issues as with royal
