Great service. Extremely prompt. They didn't try to over sell me. Had the lowest bid and came out the quickest, for free!!! I love the transparency. Our lead guy's name was Johnson and he was amazing. Really eased my anxiety over the whole situation of flooding the basement.

Royal Restoration has been SUPER helpful during an especially challenging time, especially the work of Gerald and Zia. Our basement flooded, and after placing a call they were there very quickly. They assessed the situation and got to work immediately, and as a result our basement repair project is safely underway. Afterward, they went out of their way to have one of our damaged rugs professionally cleaned, then returned it to us. Gerald and Zia have been a godsend, to be sure!
I must say I have had a hard time putting faith in companies of such sorts but you guys have exceeded my expectations. The professionalism speaks for it self. Gerald inspected my residence in Clifton Maryland because I was having some moisture concerns at my condo. He displayed knowledge and care while doing the inspection.
He performed moisture testing and explained what the purpose of the moisture testing was for while listening to my questions and answering them. He is very patient and understands the importance of helping others.

Daniel, Kris and their team did a great job and were very helpful through my claims process and remediation experience. All of them were very polite and very respectful. This was my first time needing work like this done, so I’m happy I had a team that communicated next steps with me through the process
From the first phone call to the final walk-through, the response from Royal was timely, professional, and well done. Every person who came to our home, from those who estimated cost to the men who picked up and returned furniture from storage, was knowledgeable and tuned to our needs. Jaime, Edwin, and other members of the repairs crew showed up on time every day and did not run off to other jobs in the middle of ours. Communication was excellent.

This company didn't show up when I scheduled for service. Also their customer service guy talks over you and sends you to the wrong department before you can even finish explaining what the problem is.
