Highly recommend this company! They made us a priority when they realized our family car was stuck in the garage. John specifically was our technician and he came out and fixed everything in a timely manner, was so helpful, very patient and an overall just good human being. Will be going back. Should we have any more garage door issues. Also, they were priced better than two other companies we called. This company is really in it for the customer.
The customer service I was provided from my first phone call, answering many questions to complete installation was 3 hours total. I was given very professional service and great pricing. I did get quotes from another company and Royal was by far the better choice for me.

Royal door came out to fix a warranty item. Showed up on time and got it taken care of. They also got me on their calendar within a short time from when I called.

I woke up to a broken torsion spring on Monday morning. I called Royal at 8:30AM and they had guys here be 9:30AM. They were fantastic in explaining my situation and advising me on price options. This is a great company to work with! Highly recommend!
