We purchased our Riverstone Legacy 5th wheel about a year ago. We had issues getting a new awning on. Their Service Department spent several minuets with us on the phone, then sent us a video to make sure we were clear. We still had trouble, so they invited us to bring it to them the next day. They dropped everything and took care of us. Turned out we had the wrong awning, they found the correct one and installed it. I was back on the road in a few hours.
