We purchased our Riverstone Legacy 5th wheel about a year ago. We had issues getting a new awning on. Their Service Department spent several minuets with us on the phone, then sent us a video to make sure we were clear. We still had trouble, so they invited us to bring it to them the next day. They dropped everything and took care of us. Turned out we had the wrong awning, they found the correct one and installed it. I was back on the road in a few hours. From the very beginning this company has been fair and honest with us. This is the company you have been looking for. Be fair and honest with them and you will have no regrets.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our RV. Dan was very responsive and what I thought would be a 4 month process ended up being 3 weeks with a price point that we were looking for. I wanted some after market changes to a cabinet and Dan was able to set that up for me and delivered the RV to the cabinet shop since I live out of the area. Sean, who did our walk through was very thorough and knowledgeable. The other Sean who did the payment process made that step quick and easy.

We purchased an Allegro Bus from Dan and his team of professionals. Right from the beginning was a pleasurable experience. I don’t think you can find a better RV dealer in this country. We found the coach on RV trader and contacted Dan. I then flew up to Eugene OR and Dan picked me up at the airport. He then brought to his place of business where the coach was setup and ready for me to inspect. I spent the night in the coach and checked everything out. It was exactly as described in the ad. The pictures in the ad didn’t do it justice! It was even better. They detailed it so well. All systems were inspected and I was given an orientation by Cooper that took well over 3 hours. This was invaluable to me as I never had a diesel pusher before. The small issues that were found were corrected. Dan even made arrangements to have the carpets cleaned and a new tire replaced when I got back to Arizona. I then drove the coach back to Arizona with his son Paul. Paul drove our old coach back to Eugene. We paid a bit more for this service, but the cost was fair and worked out well for all of us. We don’t think anyone could find a better place to purchase a used Motorcoach!!! Thank you to Dan and all of his team, Keith & Sherry

After looking at several at various dealerships and being very disappointed in the units and or the dealerships. We were ready to give up and stay with our 5th wheels. That's when I stumbled on to an online ad with a beautiful 2022 Renegade Verona LE. It was at Royal Coach Sales in Eugene Oregon. I called the number and spoke with "Dan". I took my RV to Royal Coach service department for a few repairs and was very satisfied with it. They ordered the parts the day before and were able to complete the repairs in about an hour while I waited. This was a relief as I live full-time in my RV. The cost was reasonable and the service given by Sean was very friendly.

My wife, Beverly and I have been RV's for several years and are very comfortable in towable units. Recently we traded in our truck and 5th wheel for a Newmar motor home that seemed to be exacty what we would need as the years keep adding up. In our first shake-down trip we found ourselves missing the flexability of a towable even though we had purchased a towable unit to pull behind our first coach. Absolutely fantastic dealerships to go through. Great price Fantastic walk through and they fixed all of the small issues without asking and added dual batteries without asking. I have never had a better buying experience even gave a very nice little camping package so we can get out and hit the road right away

I purchased a hard to find motorhome. Royal Coach made it a great experience. Dan was direct and straightforward. His staff is respectful and on task. I wasn’t sure what to expect and so far this has been one of the better experiences purchasing an item like this.
