Die Unterkunft liegt super, sehr nah am Strand mit einem tollen Garten, frischen Früchten und sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Vermietern! Herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft, eure Ausflugstipps und euer Insiderwissen zu den Seychellen! Wir konnten den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen!
We had a wonderful 9-night stay at Royal Bay Apartment and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, and set in a peaceful environment with a lovely pool and garden.
The location is perfect - quiet and relaxing, yet close to supermarkets, restaurant, take-aways, and just a short walk from one of the best beaches.
It’s an ideal place for families. Our daughter especially loved feeding the tortoises every morning, such a special experience she won’t forget.
The highlight of our stay were the amazing owners, Sarah and Barry. They are incredibly kind and thoughtful, from welcoming us with delicious fruit and the sweetest coconuts, to letting us stay late on our last day, and even surprising our daughter with a birthday gift.
Highly recommended, we’d love to come back!

1. Прежде всего чистые ( а я в этом вопросе очень щепетильна) апартаменты. В них есть абсолютно все: соковыжималка, гриль, кофемашина, питьевая вода, стиралка, фен И так далее. Вот прям всё!
2. Хозяева! Очень приятная, милая семейная пара. Всегда помогут и ответят. Ощущение, что приехал к близким родственникам.
3. Территория очень ухоженная. Грамотно использован каждый уголок. У всех есть своя зона отдыха. Загон с черепахами ( ухаживают хорошо, все чистенькое и без запахов). Красивый сад очень напоминающий по архитектуре английский.
4. Местоположение. До пляжа 3 минуты пешком. 6 минут до пляжа фердинант. Пляжи очень хорошие и красивые. Подходят для отдыха с детьми. Рядом магазин фиштех и рынок с фруктами. Самое любимое было взять филе редснепер в фиштех и приготовить его в гриле 🔥. Других магазинов тоже хватает, аптека и сувениры есть. Автобусные остановки рядом.
В целом мы очень удачно выбрали место отдыха! Посмотрев Маэ поняла, что если и вернемся, то только сюда.

☺ Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem gemütlichen Apartment für 2 Personen. Die Unterkunft war super gepflegt, hat eine gute und voll ausgestattete Küche an die eine eine kleine gemütliche Holzterrasse angeschlossen ist. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur ein paar Schritte von einer der schönsten Strände Mahes entfernt. Die Straße hörte man aufgrund der Hanglage überhaupt nicht. Parken kann man auf dem Grundstück. Der Standort eignet sich gut um und die Insel zu erkunden, Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig oder gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Sahra und Barry sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps für die Insel gegeben. Wir durften am Abreisetag noch etwas länger als der übliche Checkout bleiben und konnten so ganz entspannt packen.Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Tolle rießige Villa. Wir haben direkt über die Webseite gebucht und einen tollen Urlaub mit der Familie verbracht. Wir haben die Villa und das Apartment + Baumhaus gebucht. Die Kommunikation vor Reiseantritt mit Sarah war hervorragend. Wir konnten die Villa bereits am Vormittag des Anreisetages beziehen. Tolle Zimmer, schöner Pool und als Highlight Riesenschildkröten im hinteren Teil des Garten. Nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Royal Anse, einer der schönsten Abschnitte unserer Meinung nach. Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

After staying at several other places across the Seychelles - both hotels and self-catering apartments - I can confidently say that Royal Bay Villa & Apartment is the best choice.
The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need, and there’s even a grill outside, so you can cook just like at home.
The owners, Sarah and Barry, are incredibly kind and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure every guest is happy and comfortable.
A unique highlight of this place is the tortoise enclosure. Your neighbors will be giant tortoises - Shakespeare, Theodore, and Maybelle - and now there are a few adorable baby tortoises too. This gives you a much more personal tortoise experience than at Curieuse Island.
Royal Bay Villa & Apartment has been our choice for three years in a row whenever we visit Mahe.
If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, offers comfort, and provides a safe and welcoming environment, this is absolutely the best choice.

☺ Beautiful cute apartment with absolutely everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Coffee tea and some milk were there upon arrival. The apartment is by the side of the villa and you also have use of the villa pool area and can enjoy the tropical garden and tree house. A lovely quiet atmosphere for people who want to relax. Owner is super helpful and gave suggestions of places to visit. I particularly chose this place as it in on the bus route so there is no need for a car. I was able to visit Victoria, the Botanical garden and the rum factory by catching the local bus. It is walking distance to a number of shops, a couple of take aways, a bank, money exchange and restaurants. The lovely beach is about a 3 minute walk away and was good for swimming throughout the whole day. Just one thing to keep in mind…..the apartment has 2 or 3 steps in it and the walk to the beach/ main road/shops etc is up/down a short but very steep hill. If you are physically active then there is no problem.

Boligen lå i gåafstand til supermarkeder, restauranter og god strand.

Is less than 10 min. At the property is barbecue so we ate fresh fish every evening.

☺ Идеальный дом! На кухне есть все! Десятки различных стаканов, бокалов, тарелок, кастрюль. Общение там можно праздновать свадьбу! Посудомоечная машина. Кофе машины в каждой комнате. Фильтр и питьевая вода Дом идеально чистый! Потрясающий бассейн. Зона барбекю оснащена всем! Я считаю, что цена даже очень дешево, за то, что есть в этом доме. 2 холодильника. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Потрясающие огромные черепахи в саду. Потрясающие хозяйка Sara. Очень гостеприимная. А какой живописный сад. Различные растения и фрукты повсюду. Дом утопает в зелени! Ну и главное это море! Отличный пляж в 5 мин ходьбы. Вообщем рекомендую однозначно!

I would really recommend this accommodation! It is clean, AC works really well, it is spacious and you have everything you need. The hosts are really helpful and friendly. If I would return to the same area I would stay here :)

☺ Прекрасно провел неделю в этом месте. Жил в небольшом доме, на 1-2 человек оптимально. Приветливые и понимающие хозяева, им привет! Все есть для комфортного отдыха. Большая кровать и отдельный диван. Кухня оборудована полностью , есть все для жизни, бытовая техника, мебель , душ , туалет, своя небольшая терраса с креслами и столиком. Так же есть большой бассейн и зона барбекю общего пользования, детская горка, прекрасные фрукты в подарок от хозяев Очень комфортно и безопасно. Рядом в пешей доступности пляж, магазины, ресторан, кафе, закусочные. Место хорошее Рекомендую!
Unfortunately there were dogs hold in cages day and night (without light) not even 1 by 1 meter big. In 1 of the cages there were even 2 dogs. There were also cats in bad condition. How big the contrast between a luxurious villa and hidden animal abuse. I do not reccomend this place. It is horrible to see.
Royal Bay Villa and Apartment does not have any dogs or cats let alone abused dogs or cats in cages! This unknown reviewer has never been a guest at Royal Bay Villa and Apartment or on the property and his malicious fake review against us has been reported to google. Genuine guests and the Owners are animal friendly and we encourage visitors to discover the diverse wildlife on the property including three Seychelles giant tortoises. 🐢
