I paid $85.00 for them to do nothing because they wanted $350.00 to unclog my kitchen sink. I’m not paying $350.00 for 15 minutes of work.

He was able to show up early and fixed the garbage disposal. It was expensive though.

I cannot recommend this company enough, and a huge shoutout specifically to our technician, Jesus. He was incredibly helpful and honest. We were bracing ourselves for a massive, expensive repair, but instead of charging us thousands of dollars for something we didn't need, Jesus quickly identified the real issue. He pointed out that the prior owner of the house had failed to replace a bad Studor vent, and had actually rerouted the old standpipe with different piping just to compensate for it. Jesus fixed the actual root of the problem without any unnecessary upselling. While this specific service call might not have been a massive payday for the company, Jesus’s integrity just earned them a lifelong customer. We will be referring all of our friends, family, and clients to them moving forward, and they are officially our go-to plumbers for all of our fix-and-flip projects in the area. Thank you, Jesus!

Jesus was outstanding. He knows his stuff. He unclogged a main line drain that was obviously unpleasant but he never complained. Jesus was polite, kept the work area as clean as possible and got the job done efficiently. I would call them again anytime I need help. And the cost was very fair. Thank you.
