Roto Rooter has provided another amazing employee to work closely with for Mitigation and repair of water damage, sewage removal and disinfecting my basement. Great experience. They came out Right away and very knowledgeable- and found the problem… We had someone come out 1 day before and said it was not a plumber’s issue… it clearly was…. We found them online - Highly recommend , very knowledgeable, professional and Friendly!!! They worked very hard and I have nothing but great things to say about this company…. Greatly appreciate the quick response and availability to see to the issue at hand. I am not sure if the price is comparable as I did not call around due to the immediate nature with having water backing up into my house after washing clothes. But paying almost $500 and then being told it would cost over $8000 to completely fix the situation was gut wrecking.

Quick response, no nonsense service, and very pleased with the end result. However, cannot in good conscience give 5 stars. Cost was comparable to other plumbers prices, but seems pricey for running a snake down a drain to clear it. Prefer the "old days" when you paid by the hour rather than - as it has evolved into in more recent times - the job.
