With a late evening basement water issue, Roto Rooter was fantastic. Dispatch proactively kept me up to date regarding the technician arrival and plumbing appointment. The real star was Miguel Campos, Field Supervisor!!! He was a literal lifesaver. He thoroughly investigated all possible causes, patiently explained everything that had happened, and walked me through detailed next steps. He kept me calmed and reassured answering my numerous questions. He walked me through all the paperwork including insurance. I trust that I am in the very best hands with Roto Rooter but most especially Miguel!!

Miguel was who we worked with and he was great. It was a very overwhelming situation we were dealing with and he did a great job of staying patient with us and explaining everything very clearly. It sucks when we have to deal with stressful situations, but having someone who seems very knowledgeable in his field definitely helped ease some of our concerns.
