Norman and Dorian were life savers! They took on a last minute call for a leak that was going to ruin our foundation if not addressed quickly. They responded promptly, diagnosed the issue accurately, retrieved the parts and fixed the issue within an hour. On this Friday, September 1, 2023 at the facility I work at FedEx supply chain. We had a leaky toilet in one of our women’s restroom so I reached out to Roto Rooter to fix this issue so two plumbers showed up today so I showed them the toilet. That was leaking so they Mohon out to their van to grab the things they needed and to fix the toilet and in a friendly and quick and professional manner repaired the toilet and it worked perfectly, and still working perfectly after they left, we always use roto Rooter for our restroom issues they always arrive an hour after the call ready to take care of our restroom issues very happy with the service that we get.
