I am still awed by the service I've received from Ross.
To explain: Ross installed a completely new heat and a/c system in our home about a year ago.
This year, the a/c started overloading. The coils were freezing up, and it wasn't clear why. Frank (I'll call him Frank One), came out on three separate occasions to trouble shoot. He was committed to solving the problem and his visits were covered under the warranty. But the solution was not apparent. That's when Frank One brought in Frank Two.
Frank Two picked up on the first Frank's assessment, and between the two of them it was determined the system was not receiving adequate airflow. Frank Two spoke with the owners. They agreed to correct situation by installing new, larger volume return ducting.
And throughout these interactions, neither Frank, or the two gents who came and did engineering and install work ever rolled their eyes or indicated that the job was a PIA, or that they were "doing me a favor." They were simply friendly, professional and solution-fixated.
I am blown away.
So, yeah, five stars all the way. This company stands behind their work. Full stop.
My upstairs air conditioner quit working and Joe from Ross Heating and Air came out. He was very friendly and thorough and found that the company that previously installed the AC unit did not install it correctly and the water pan was full of water and ready to leak through the ceiling and into the hall/bedroom. He was very professional and also changed an air duct filter that is very high up in the stairwell. Thank you Joe and Ross heating and Air.
