I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They took my case and kept it open for five years. During that time, they repeatedly postponed court dates instead of actively working to resolve the situation.
It felt like they were simply hoping the officer would not show up, rather than building a solid defense strategy to actually solve my problem. I expected professionalism and a clear plan, but unfortunately, I did not receive that.
Very disappointed with the way my case was handled.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify that in cases like yours, we never rely on the officer not showing up, this happens in a very small percentage of cases and is never something we plan for. Every case is handled with the expectation that we will appear in trial.
Adjournments in this court are common, and more often than not they are due to the court rescheduling dates, not because of us postponing them. During your consultation in 2022, we outlined our plan and stuck to it. Ultimately, the decision in a full trial lies with the judge. In your case, we sent an experienced attorney and conducted a full trial, but the judge determined that the officer’s testimony met the burden of proof.
While not every trial results in a dismissal, our goal is always to give clients the best possible chance of success. Please feel free to reach out directly if you’d like to discuss further, we want all our clients to feel confident and satisfied with the representation they received.
