They did treat me ok there and there fee guide is same as federal which helps us on low income and theres very few who do that most of the dentists are greedy and dont care about people financil problems but these guys do....i was in terrble pain with root canals but the dental plan didnt cover my desensitizer for $70 so i left in pain and later i got a email from them and i hte emails and said my root canals were covered but not crowns so alot of miscommunication there and a phone call would have been better but i decided to go else where.....i hope they do well but ive suffered for several weeks and will eventually get them either fixed or pulled on june 15th.....they need to have much better communication there...good luck
Thank you for your feedback. We have recently communicated with you regarding these concerns over email, but we would like to clarify a few points again as we discussed already. You were advised that the recommended treatment sequence requires insurance predetermination for the crown before proceeding under coverage. These predetermination requirements are set by the insurance program (CDCP) and are not determined by our clinic. At the same time, you declined to proceed with the root canal without first having confirmation of crown coverage. This created a limitation in treatment planning: we could not proceed under insurance without predetermination, and you also declined the option to proceed with treatment out of pocket, including the crown. As a result, no treatment could be completed under the conditions outlined, despite the options provided. We also checked your insurance coverage for the desensitizer application, and unfortunately there was no coverage available. An estimate for treatment was provided, which you chose to decline. We always aim to support patients through insurance requirements and treatment planning, but final decisions regarding acceptance or decline of care rest with the patient. We would also caution against using non-certified dental products purchased from unverified sources, as these may not be safe or appropriate for dental use. We wish you the best in your future dental care.

It costs an arm and a leg to do xray and teeth cleaning here. Because how on earth can one be billed over 700 DOLLARS just to clean teeth. The worst thing is I and my spouse were charged different amount for same exact service (Examination). How can you tell me that because he saw a dentist for his examination, he had to pay more. It’s still not clear to me. Not a pleasant experience and I don’t recommend. Thanks.
Hello Damilola Olayele, thank you for your feedback. We understand that dental treatment costs can sometimes be confusing, and we would like to clarify the charges you mentioned. As previously explained during our phone conversations, the examination fees were different because different services were provided. An examination performed by a dentist is billed under a different procedure code than an examination performed by a dental therapist, and the fees are determined accordingly. The difference between the examination charges was approximately $74. The remaining difference in the total cost was related to the cleaning appointment. Dental cleaning fees are based on the amount of time and treatment required, which varies from patient to patient depending on individual oral health conditions. In this case, one cleaning required approximately twice the treatment time of the other. Our office follows the provincial fee guide set by the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, which is established and updated annually and is used throughout the province by all dental offices in Saskatchewan. We do not set these fees independently. We would be happy to review the charges with you again and answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact our office at your convenience.
