Great hygienists, awesome doctor, great customer service. I loved the ambience, modern look, clean environment. I used to go to another branch of Dr. Jun’s clinic at Cathedral for many years but for some reason lately things seemed to have changed a bit there, so decided to try out Rosemont branch, and I am so glad I did. Because of Dr. Jun’s expertise and willingness to help out his patients with full honesty, I will stick to this branch. I felt satisfied and confident after my cleaning and consultations. Thank you all for a great service today and to Dr. Jun for addressing my concerns so adequately.

I just transfered over to Rosemont Dental because it's closer to my house. The place is very clean and the staff were friendly. My hygienist was Emerald, she has such gentle hands and very knowledgeable in her job. My teeth didn't even hurt afterwards. Highly recommend this dental clinic.

From entering the clinic to leaving, you will have the greatest experience here. The front staff to the dental hygienists, the dental assistants to the dentists themselves are the most kindest, caring, professional individuals. Dr. Dong has to be the best dentist is all of Regina. If you experience high anxiety, him and his team mates are very calming and patient. They will do whatever they can to help with any issues you may be experiencing or if you’re just going in for a cleaning and a check up, they are amazing. I appreciate all they have done for me.

Drove across town on my lunch break for my appointment and the receptionist told me there was a mix up and booked my name in when it was my mom’s appointment. We both showed up. Not sure how you can book two people for the same appointment? Very unprofessional. The receptionist handling me acted like she didn’t even care about the inconvenience caused in my day and didn’t even offer me a cleaning at that time or something since I showed up. If it’s the offices mistake, make it right. Don’t waste client’s time.

Dr. Dong and Hannah, both are very kind and attentive. No matter the circumstances, they’ll offer their help. This clinic deserves to be recognized more, and I recommend everyone with dental issues to consider this clinic for care.
