My wife became their patient at 25 weeks and we couldn't have made a better decision for her prenatal care. The appoints were always long and very informative. We had a scare and went to the hospital and Heather met us there and stayed for a few hours until she knew that we were ok. The birth went very smooth and was very homie and welcoming. We will be back there for all future babies!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience as a first time mom! From the office visits and always being heard to the wonderful women that work here. My husband and i will definitely be back with future children💕

In my initial interview, I asked Heather if they were experienced in breech birth, her answer was yes, that Holly is experienced and would be called in should that situation arise. I was 26 weeks with my first at the time. My first office visit was with Courtney, an unlicensed (at the time) midwife who drew my blood and did my intake questionnaire. My subsequent visits were mostly with Sam (also unlicensed at the time and come to find out under investigation). She walked around the office barefoot and routinely had half eaten food out in the room during our visits. She was also very judgy when I refused the GBS test. The office itself was always a mess. They made patients do their own urine samples on a machine that was disgustingly packed with dried urine. Come 36 weeks, I finally see Heather for a visit and she says my baby is breech. Tells me to do spinning babies and says we will discuss options next week if she’s still breech. 37 weeks she’s still breech so now she tells me we should do an ECV but it has to be asap because she’s getting too big. We do an unsuccessful ECV so now my options are to spend an extra $500 for an experienced midwife from Dallas to participate in a breech birth (if she’s available) or schedule a c section because Holly and Heather aren’t comfortable with doing a breech birth. They’re not experienced for first time mom breech births, which was not mentioned in the interview 10 weeks ago. After my c section, the OB tells me the baby definitely had been breech MUCH longer than from 36 weeks as her head was misshapen and she had a terrible bruise (which still has not completely healed at 9 weeks) on her hip. Needless to say, this was a waste of money and I’ve come to find out even more things that make them unprofessional from other mothers who experienced similar treatment, from not taking pain complaints seriously which resulted in shoulder dystocia to not even being trained to suture their own patients so having to rely on others to do their job. If you want any sort of peace of mind during your pregnancy, choose a different midwife practice.
