Water heater installed Greg Balgas did a splendid job with the installation of our new water heater. He was very professional and thorough with the process. He explained everything to us and was open to questions. A few months ago he installed new faucets in our bathrooms and he did excellent job as well. We highly recommend Roscoe Brown services.

On items he found to be of concern he provided options in detail for remedy and preventative measure. No pressure for sale or services that was not needed. I can't say enough good things about Roscoe Brown and their employees. They take the time to do things right, great communication and if they don't know something then they take the time to find out. We've have been using them since we moved here in July 2022, had an AC/Furnace replaced this year, we have our summer and winter maintenance with them and we are very please. Keith and Ryan they do amazing jobs.

My upstairs AC wasn't coming on so Justin made a service call since the unit had been replaced a few months ago. He trouble shot the system to a failed breaker and had it up and running in about 15 minutes. He arrived earlier than expected, was polite and efficient. Great work.

Antonio and Isaiah came out to check our ac unit in preparation for the winter. They were so kind and courteous, even in the random rain shower that popped up. We've had our unit for 7 years and Roscoe Brown has always helped us keep it maintained.

I was happy and surprised by the depth that the service tech did to service my tankless hot water heater. He checked my water lines for leakage under the house and checked all bathrooms sinks & toilets and kitchen drain & faucets. This was done before beginning the service of my tankless hot water heater which he flushed out. The fee was very reasonable.
