I always call Roscoe Brown. We had two pipes leaking. They came next day, my preference because it was late. Tim Shaffer and Jake came to the rescue.
Very polite and quick, knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We will later get a quote to fix all the piping under the house later, so we don’t run into more issues down the road. Waiting to see how the water bill will change, always grateful to save a little cash.
Just always have great employees come for Roscoe Brown, we will continue to use their service.

New water heater
Time for a new water heater. Been dealing with Roscoe Brown in the Boro for 10+ yrs. JOSEPH is our go to for all plumbing needs as he has knowledge, experience, & professionalism like no others...he deserves a raise! RB is lucky to have him as a local employee!

Water heater installed
Greg Balgas did a splendid job with the installation of our new water heater. He was very professional and thorough with the process. He explained everything to us and was open to questions. A few months ago he installed new faucets in our bathrooms and he did excellent job as well. We highly recommend Roscoe Brown services.

Great experience
For the last few times that I had a tune-up/maintenance for my HVAC, I have been very
pleased with the technician. His name is Ben F. and he is exceptional. He's professional,
friendly, explains things clearly and answers all my questions.

I have been using Roscoe Brown for many years and I have never had a bad experience with these wonderful people. I recently had to replace my HVAC unit and the installation was great. The men who came out were very knowledgeable and polite and the new unit is doing a great job. As always, thank you Roscoe Brown for being such competent but friendly people!
Seth and Eric came out for a furnace issue. They responded quickly, fixed it and were very helpful. They even checked our A/C while they were out and gave some recommendations. Great customer service.

Plumbing maintenance: Jessie H. provided a thorough inspections and services, provided his findings in details. On items he found to be of concern he provided options in detail for remedy and preventative measure. No pressure for sale or services that was not needed. Myself and other family members have received services from Roscoe Brown for many years with positive experiences.

I can't say enough good things about Roscoe Brown and their employees. They take the time to do things right, great communication and if they don't know something then they take the time to find out. We've have been using them since we moved here in July 2022, had an AC/Furnace replaced this year, we have our summer and winter maintenance with them and we are very please. Keith and Ryan they do amazing jobs.

Jamie Jarrett was professional and persistent on trying to figure out why our facet was having pressure issues. He finally found a hidden filter in the box that controls our automatic flow. William came on time and did a good eval of my situation . He wasn’t able to help me at this moment in time as I needed more tech to find the leak at hand. But will give him a call in the future when the time arises.

Roscoe Brown in Tullahoma performed my plumbing maintenance visit today. I was very impressed with the technicians (William and Bryan) they were courteous and very knowledgeable. My upstairs AC wasn't coming on so Justin made a service call since the unit had been replaced a few months ago. He trouble shot the system to a failed breaker and had it up and running in about 15 minutes. He arrived earlier than expected, was polite and efficient. Great work.

Antonio and Isaiah came out to check our ac unit in preparation for the winter. They were so kind and courteous, even in the random rain shower that popped up. We've had our unit for 7 years and Roscoe Brown has always helped us keep it maintained.
