spammers heaven About 80% of all spam we receive can be traced back to rootlayer.net All of them are reported, but rootlazy.net simply refuses to act on them. I guess it is part of their business model to allow spammers on their network.

Spam, phish and fraud-friendly ISP 50% of spam, phish and virus email to our domain is received from rootlayer.net IP ranges. All incidents are reported to their abuse email complain (at) rootlayer.net but nothing is done. I conclude that this company's business model is to profit from the activities of fraudsters, criminals and spammers and that the badly-written positive "reviews" on this profile are fakes. Do your email server a favor- configure your spam filter to permanently REJECT all email from rootlayer.net IP ranges.

A spammer is abusing a customer's email… A spammer is abusing a customer's email address to send phishing spam containing malware. We're receiving hundreds of non delivery reports and malware warning every hour. The original messages are being sent from rootlayer's IP address. Despite having raised a support ticket with them and providing detailed evidence and analysis in accordance with their published complaints procedure, the flood continues without so much of an acknowledgement from Rootlayer.

Spammers heaven. About 30% of all spam received comes in via rootlayer.net. All of them are being reported to them via spamcop, but they don't care at all. Even the same spam mail reported dozens of times still comes in on almost a daily basis. They seem to be earning a lot of money by enabling illegal activities like spamming, fishing, sending virusses etc.
