She was calm and friendly and put me at ease right away. She listened to my needs and concerns and was able to offer a solution. I hired her and was glad I did. She was discreet, she solved my issue, and I have no regrets. I recommend Root Investigations and will definitely call there again should a need arise.

Accurate and Professional Results! I was planning a reunion and was unable to locate a handful of individuals to extend an invite. Even with social media, I was still having no luck. I had to hire private investigators to gather more information on this person's history. I hired several private investigators based in Manhattan, with great reviews and credentials of the private investigators. My experience with them has been absolutely horrible. All of them said they could do this service or that service, with intention of extracting more money from the clients. I lost hope with private investigators until I found Liz (the owner of Root Investigations). When I reached out to her, unlike other private investigators, she was genuinely interested in listening to my situation. I was thoroughly impressed and touched by her actions. Her business may not have many reviews, compared to other private investigators in greater NYC area; however, do not paint the whole picture yet. As other reviewers have said, she's extremely shrewd, intelligent and empathetic. It is safe to say, people who reach out to private investigators are going through a lot of emotions (infidelity, etc). It is very emotional time for the clients and Liz is the rarest gem in the industry, who genuinely care about the clients' well-beings. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing competent and empathetic private investigator. She is the person that attempts to live by the quote "to give is to receive" and I'm very confident that you will not be disappointed by reaching out to Liz. I'm fortunate that, after many trials and errors, I found the private investigator I was looking for.
