And now in March 2026 he oversaw a much larger roofing project on my 80 year old Fathers house and garage. Kaleb is a Very Kind and Knowledgeable young man that takes Great Pride in his work and making sure his customers are happy through the entire process from start to completion. We hired Weather-Tite Roofing to do a tile reset and replace our underlayment. The experience with this company was excellent from top to bottom. Brock (salesperson) was straightforward in his estimate presentation and answered all of our questions. Brock was also a great communicator and always got back to us right away. The installers were efficient. We appreciated that they cleaned the debris from our driveway, patio and sidewalk after each work day. We would highly recommend this company.

I have a 4,000 sq/ft. two-story house in Gilbert with a BIG (and kind of complicated) tile roof. I'm moving soon, and my old roof looked OK, but it was 27 years old and it clearly was time to get the underlayment replaced. My mom looked around and got a quote from Weather-Tite. I know what some of my neighbors paid for their roofs, and I had a ballpark in mind for what I expected this to cost. The quote we got from Weather-Tite was much lower than expected, so we signed up with them. They started on the job about a week later, and they had a crew of 3 guys working for 5 days. It was a BIG job, which they just finished yesterday. It's funny because you would think replacing the underlayment wouldn't make any noticeable difference to the house (because they just lift the old tiles, remove the underlayment, add the new stuff, and then put the old tiles back). BUT, the crew did such nice work, you really CAN see a difference...all the mortar caps look absolutely perfect (the old ones were cracked and sad looking). You can see shiny new nailheads on the entire perimeter. They also installed new vents and painted them to match, which looks absolutely perfect. And each day the crew was here, they ended the work day by thoroughly cleaning the entire property (which is LARGE). One comment - I was shocked by the amount of nails that fell off the roof during the removal of the old underlayment. We are talking dozens if not hundreds of old, rusty nails that fell off the roof, many of which landed pointy side UP. But the crew carefully went around with a magnet and picked these up every day, and since they left I haven't found a single nail (this would be an unavoidable issue with any job like this, so I am NOT criticizing the nail thing). The bottom line is these guys did GREAT work, with EXCELLENT communication, for a VERY FAIR price. There are tons of really not-so-good contractors out there....but these guys are pretty much a homeowner's DREAM come true. And the PM we worked with (Kaleb) was just an all-around nice guy. So I am giving these guys a 5-star review, but I'd gladly give them 10 STARS if I could. Thank you Kaleb for your help on this....feeling really happy we found you!

I had the pleasure of working with Brock. He Is very honest and upfront with his estimates and he is very punctual. I was getting the runaround from my insurance company to have my whole house resided and new roof installed due to multiple storm damages. He stepped in and helped me with the insurance company, was MORE than professional, and I have no words for how amazing his customer service has been. I highly recommend if you go with this company that you speak with Brock. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Kaleb Riley was my Project Manager, he is the reason Weather-Titr Roofing is getting a 5 Star Review. There was a snag getting the Roof Replacement scheduled after paying the deposit and signing the contract. Thanks to Kaleb's persistence he did get it booked, from there the job moved smoothly up until the roofing crew made a few errors in their cleanup process after the roofi g was completed. Once again Kaleb Immediately and Promptly jumped on the situation and saved the day. Kaleb is the reason for the 5 Stars, if it were not for Kaleb staying on top of the process from start to end this job would have gotten a 3 Star Review. Weather-Tite is Very Fortunate to have such a caring and hard working Project Manager in Kaleb!

After a recent wind storm I noticed that some of my concrete tiles had shifted and cracked. I contacted Brock at Weather-Tight Roofing and was extremely pleased with the advice he gave me after the inspection. He was able to repair my roof and come up with a plan to eventually replace my roof at an affordable price. My previous roofer took advantage of me and overpriced my previous repair. For now on I will recommend Weather Tight Roofing to all my friends and family. Thank you Brock for your service!!

Kaleb did a free roof inspection and was very thorough and honest. He offered a reasonable price for the roof repairs, and the work done was quality and professional. Great communication and overall a great experience. Highly recommend.
