Mason Roller was very professional and helpful in the decisions made to replace my roof. He and his crew showed up at the crack of dawn and worked diligently until they finished at the end of the day. Mason walked the yard before they left to make sure everything was cleaned up before the crew left. I was impressed with their work ethic and my new roof. A very trustworthy group so I would recommend them if you need work done.

Roof Top Innovations replaced my roof in Sanger Texas after hail storm they did an AWESOME job Jonathan was the best from meeting the inspector with us and staying during the roof replacement there crew were efficient and polite they clean up as they go. I love my new roof! Thank You 5 months after roof installed I had a few shingles after a windy day raising up some I contacted the project manager he had someone out the next day and repaired the roof and checked the rest all was good they stand behind their product and job they are the best I highly recommend them for any project you would like accomplished very nice very professional and the project manager called the next day to make sure we were satisfied which we are the tech said as it warms up the adhesive will lay down and stay it was the north shady side of house. If you are making an insurance claim for your roof choose Rooftop Innovations, these guys handled everything from start to finish AND they were extremely transparent throughout the entire process.
I had some requests for the guys to be mindful of irrigation heads as well as gardens surrounding our house and they did an excellent job taking care of my property! Although I did have some gripes regarding some damage to the facia, and they did break a couple of irrigation heads, but when I called them, they came back immediately, and addressed all concerns!

Ok, we were a little nervous about doing a roof replacement for the first time. My salesman was Jon Key. He explained everything over the phone and then showed up and explained everything and pointed out all the spots that needed fixed. He was there before his crew showed up and left after they left both days. It was very reassuring someone was there making sure everything that needed done got done. We had roof and decking replaced along with rafters, they were wore out and broken. Very good communication. Quick response. Any and all questions were answered.

We recently had our roof replaced. Jon Key came by to inspect the roof and took pictures. He shared the pictures with us and pointed out the hail and wind damage as well as noted the need to replace the wood around the chimney as it was rotten. My husband and I needed some time to discuss the situation and Unfortunately we ended up having a family emergency and were not able to get back in touch with him for almost a month. During that time Jon did check in with us however did not flood us with calls and messages. His patience during this time was, in my opinion, a huge selling point for your company.
Once the process started, Jon was able to organize the chimney being fixed prior to the roof being replaced. Jon was present from start to finish.
Jon demonstrates outstanding knowledge and professionalism. He made himself available to explain the roofing process, answered all our questions and made sure everything was done right. Recently had roof completely replaced along with a window replacement and drywall repair due to small leak by Rooftop Innovations. Jon Keys was the first contractor to show up, respond to calls, and answer questions while others that I reached out to never called back. We wanted to go with metal roof and Jon and his sales folks quoted us that, then discussed other options and took the time to explain pros and cons of different types of metal roofs and shingles. In the end we upgraded shingles to class 4. I was surprised when crew showed up at 7am Saturday morning and Jon was there too. As they took the roof off and exposed some unseen damage Jon documented it, and made sure the roofer did repairs even on facia when they didnt really want to. Jon was here the entire time the roof work was being done ensuring that the work was completed to my satisfaction. When the gutters were installed after the roof repair and I had questions about the placement of downspouts and other items again Jon explained things; listened to my concerns and had folks come back out and install another downspout where I thought another one should be. Our drywall repair on interior of house was quick and smooth even though I asked them to do a bit more after i took the stained glass I installed out and found additional damage; Jon made sure this was taken care of as well. When the window replacement didn't happen in a timely manner Jon pushed the company to complete the installation and followed up multiple times to ensure it was done. All in all I couldn't be happier with Rooftop Innovations and Jon Keys was an excellent manager; polite, responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very professional. For the work that we had done and the level of management that Jon brought to the job I am well satisfied with the result and the price that we paid. I would use this company again

Had a great experience with Jon Key and RTI! Roof done well and properly in a time sensitive real estate and insurance claim situation. Jon handled nearly all negotiations with the adjuster on our behalf, and was present at inspection and reinspection advocating for us! Even personally came out to paint the trim at request of the buyer!

Update: May 21, 2025: I just received a phone call from a subcontractor from Roof Top Innovations (RTI). He indicated that he had not been paid for his services by RTI. He indicated he has now hired an attorney and that a lien may be placed upon my home for something I had nothing to do with. RTI is just like the gift that keeps on giving.
Initial posting: I have no idea why so many people rate this company so highly. We had SO many problems. We had property that was significantly damaged including our pool pump which one of their employees tried to repair several times; twice the new equipment was installed incorrectly. Gutters, which were to have been replaced immediately after the roof was replaced, took weeks to install.
During the installation, one of the guys dropped a large load of shingles so hard on top of the roof that two valuable pieces of art work came crashing down off the wall in our home. It took months for them to reimburse us for the damaged art work.
I would NEVER recommend this company. Surely we can't be alone in our experience.
David Ash and his crew were nothing less than incredible. From consultation to completion, it was made very easy and handled very professionally. David was here to meet with the insurance company and to make sure that all of the damage was documented. The cleanup done after the job was incredible. I have not found a single roofing tack in our yard. I highly recommend David Ash and rooftop innovations.
