My bungalow is approaching 15 years old, we back on to a rural area and the roof was covered in moss and algae. I asked roof seal for a recommendation and a quote. Tom inspected my roof and advised a good bio clean and two coats of Acrylic seal will have your roof like new. He was correct. Roof Seal did a great job. I also got them to chemically soft wash my white pebble dash. The difference was incredible. The whole house looks like it was built yesterday. Roof seal were thorough, tidy and patient. Waiting for a weather window to allow the work to be done properly. All in all a very professional job. I am delighted.

Not a serious business. You chase and chase and chase Tom and he does literally nothing. There are other people who deserve your business more. Disappointing.

Sorry for the need to leave us one star review

You contacted us from America looking for a quote for your mum and dad‘s house

We tried to call you back over two days which where we were unsuccessful. I take it due to the different time zones.

When we did get you on the phone. You said we should’ve been quicker to get the prices together. You raised your voice which we won’t tolerate and we advised we we’re not interested in the business anymore.

Roof, and surroundings, now spotless after a controlled pressure clean and biochemical treatment. Job done day after I confirmed, due to a cancellation. A first class experience and would definitely use again.

They never came to see my house nor explained anything about the process and on the day of the work the wind would have drifted the spray onto my neighbours house and that would have been a problem , so they left. Thereafter, because even without wind the spray can drift several meters I had second thoughts about going ahead with this. I had to pay £250 call out charge. A reputable roofer I spoke to afterwards told me that he didn’t seal roofs because he considered it a con.

Hi, you contacted us with water ingress coming through your roof

As agreed we attended to your property with a three Man team to repair broken tiles reseal lead work around Dorma and apply a roof coating

When we arrived, you let us know that you already had a dispute with your Neighbour Who had previously taken you to court through a separate matter
their vehicles were parked extremely close to your property after we assess the situation we advised that it would be better to come back on a different day to avoid any debris going onto their properties

However after this, you decided to cancel after we had already collected all the materials for the job

if you would like to revisit this at any point I have any further questions please get in contact more than happy to help you

Roof seal did a professional job on our large roof which was very badly covered in thick moss. They cleared up very well afterwards and have certainly transformed the appearance of our roof. The only very small negative is that they mention that they repair any broken tiles. They did have to do this for one tile but since they have repaired with mortar rather than replaced the tile it does not look as good as if the tile were replaced. Worth discussing how they will fix any broken tiles up front. Apart from this small point am very happy with work done. I attach photo of house showing perfectly cleaned roof and one tile repaired with mortar.

We requested a quote for cleaning the pebble dash at the front of our house. The quote was delivered within 30 minutes. On acceptance we were told thar the works could proceed the next day due to a cancellation which suited us perfectly. The installers turned up on time and explained how they would proceed with the works. Everything went as discussed and the whole area was cleaned with all materials removed. We would thoroughly recommend Roof Seal Scotland to everyone looking for external roof and building works.

Had been meaning to get my roof cleaned of moss for a while. Contacted Tom at Roof Seal, who provided a reasonable quote. The team arrived on the day arranged and proceeded to carry out an excellent job. It's a messy job, but everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. This included a quick hose down of my car as I had failed to move it far enough away! Roof now looks good as new. Would recommend this company.

I can echo all of the positive testimonials; the job was done quickly and the guys tidied up as advertised and it was competitively priced too. They cleaned roof line stuff, the sides of a dormer and fixed tabs dislodged by storms. This is a company to trust.

Speedy response from Tom to initial enquiry, followed by an email confirming work to be done and cost. Estimated time given for the job was accurate, Tom contacted me on 15/02 to advise the team would be at the house between 9.30 - 10.00 on the 16th. They arrived at 9.30 and completed the job within the day. The roof looks almost brand new, we are very happy with all aspects of the service provided.

I recently hired Roof and Seal team for roofing, gutters, and window cleaning, and I am honestly so pleased with the whole experience. From the very beginning, the communication was clear and professional. Tom was great at confirming everything and keeping me updated, which made the whole process feel organised and worry free. What really impressed was that they were able to turn up on a very short notice. Even with the tight timing, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. They arrived exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. The attention to detail was excellent. The roofing and gutter work was done carefully and properly, and nothing felt rushed. You can tell they take pride in their work. Overall, the team was punctual, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality service.

We needed to get the gutters, fascias and soffits cleaned. Danny and Steven turned up bang on time and cracked on with the work even though it was really cold (work done in January) They even cleaned our windows and path! They were really friendly and treated our property with respect and care. Very happy with their work and I would highly recommend their services.
