I had a new roof put on Oct 2025 and I was very impressed with the whole process (especially since I have never had to get a new roof). They arrived at 7am and were done by 3pm. They did an excellent job cleaning up. My yard looked better than before they came. There was no trash left, no shingles on the ground, no empty water bottles or cigarette butts etc. I hate when workers smoke and leave that. All the workers had a job and worked efficiently but not hastily. Mike the foreman took time to speak with me explaining everything. They put in the new ridgeline vent and took out the old vents. They even took out an old fake chimney that was no longer being used. They also replaced the current working vent chimney and it looks really nice. I love the look of my new roof and I love the warranty. I got 4 different company quotes and A&M (while not the cheapest one but also not the most expensive one either), had the best warranty and had the best 5 year 0% interest loan rate so that I could afford it without having to pay it all upfront. Josh was the salesman who provided the quote and he was excellent. He was upfront and honest with me. I did not feel pressure to sign right then and there. He allowed me time to think on it and came back a few days later when I was ready to sign. Other company's I had out for a "Free quote" were pressuring me so much. I did not like that. It is always a good idea to get several different quotes. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and impressed with A&M. I will definitely be calling them for other home services in the future.
