We had a leaking skylight. We did not have to wait they came out right away. They did a nice job on both the installation and clean up. They were all very professional from start to finish. They replaced vent collars on Monday and the skylight on Tuesday. Hopefully we never have to see them again! We would highly recommend them.

*CONSUMER BEWARE*
Tried calling to commission some work and get estimates/quotes, but Roof Plus was not satisfied respecting my privacy before commissioning any work. They wanted my last name, which I explained I would only give the first letter of my last name temporarily for them to store in their database (companies do this for future solicitations/marketing, among other reasons), until I decided to actually commission their work, at which time I would give them all the information they need, including my full name.
I was willing to provide a phone number, home address for the work, and an email address (these are standard) just to start the sales process and set up an initial appointment for someone to come by and assess the service needs.
I explained that small and medium business CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (these are the software that companies use to save your information, like creating an account profile, tying quotes, receipts, etc. to your "profile") are heavily targeted and exploited in cybersecurity breaches, and that I did not want my information compromised/stolen by a malicious actor PRIOR to commissioning any work. I explained that if I decided to go ahead with the service, I would not withold information, but the gentleman on the phone was not satisfied with receiving my first name, first letter of my last name, email address, phone number -- all of which has been reasonable with other Roofers for setting up first appointments.
He told me to call another company and that I should not do business with Roof Plus.
You should heed his advice as well -- search elsewhere, since these people are unreasonable and don't value your business as a consumer. Your money is better spent elsewhere with a reasonable company that respects valid concerns and compromises on such a small convenience in the name of cybersecurity and privacy protection just for setting up a first-time sales appointment.

At Roof Plus, we take privacy seriously and aim to balance cybersecurity with professional standards. Like most companies, collecting basic contact information - including a full name - allows us to create an accurate job record, schedule appointments, and create quotes.
Our (highly secure, enterprise level) system generates a combined estimate with a contract for e-signature, which we create during the in-home appointment. The contract legally requires a full name - so without it we’re unable to schedule a visit or provide a quote. Some other roofers just email or drop off a price, but we aim to be more transparent with our customers.
While we respect your right to leave a review, we do want to note that no services were ever performed, and no appointment was scheduled. Our team is always happy to work with clients who share our values of mutual trust and respect, because a great home project happens when both parties are eager to work together.
