Just have my roof completed. Andrew was my contact with them. I have been working with him the past 2 years inspecting my roof. He has always been honest and respectful of me and my home. I finally decided this year that it was time to replace it. He was able it provide me with a reasonable quote. Additionally, the new roof was done in a day. I love it. I would highly recommend them.

A five star experience from start to finish. I worked directly with Kyle Kerns and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. He gave a detailed description of how the process would work and everything was true to his word! He also worked with Insurance on my behalf which took a huge load off of my plate. The crew that came was extremely efficient and did incredible work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced. They also noticed a place where My gutters were not functioning as they should and added a large section to fix the problem. When I say it was a zero stress job, I mean it!

If you are replacing a roof, you need to call (Roofing Done Wright) immediately. Our roof was damaged during the hailstorm that hit the Cumming, GA area approximately a month ago. Having to deal with insurance and possibly replacing a roof seemed overwhelming until I met Kyle at Roofing Done Wright. I can't say enough positive things about Kyle and his team. From the initial inspection of the roof all the way through replacing it and cleaning up everything, things could not have gone better. The company's communication and timely response to questions and concerns were exceptional. Again, if you are going to be replacing a roof in the future, you at least need to speak to these people. I know you'll be as impressed as I was.

As a first time homeowner, committing to my first major home repair was a big deal. I couldn't be more grateful to have worked with Matt Harkins and the team at Roofing Done Wright. Matt helped me every step of the way with diligence and honesty. He explained every step of the process, helped me file a claim with my insurance, was present when the 3rd party adjuster came out, and even gave me great tips on picking a shingle color. Once I was approved for a full replacement by my insurance, we worked together to get the most bang for my insurance bucks. And then, the magic happened. A roofing team swarmed my home at 8:30am, my old roof was stripped, my new roof was installed, and my property was cleared by 2pm!!! My new roof looks fantastic, plus It's been 2 days and I have not found a single nail on the ground. We are thrilled!!! If you need a new roof, just call and ask for Matt. He'll take care of you!!

Great service. Our previous roofing company did not help with the insurance claim. Roofing done wright has a public adjuster and they got the claim approved. We had a leak and they took care of it while roof was being replaced. The day of the work everything was smooth. They left everything organized and cleaned.

Couldn't have had a better experience with Christina. I had water damage on my ceiling which was coming from the roof. I had 2 inspections done, the first quoted me $3500 for a repair, the second said I needed an entirely new roof. Luckily I decided to get a third opinion. Christina quickly came out and gave me an honest assessment that I could trust. The roof was repaired within 3 days for $1900! Christina was incredibly kind and honest throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a roofer they can trust.

Robert and team did a fantastic job with our roof! From the analysis of the wind damage from a major storm, all the way through quoting, installation, and completion, Robert was very communicative and professional. They discovered a lot of poor work from the original roofers that resulted in significant damage and were able to fix all of that with a better roofing product and installation. They contacted me to discuss the need to replace rotten wood as a result of poor previous work, as well as a poorly installed dryer vent, so there were no surprises, and we ended up with much better piece of mind going forward. If we hadn't replaced the roof as Robert recommended and gone with a simple repair of the damaged area, we would have been in a world of hurt down the road. On top of all of that, they were fast, their price was very reasonable, the quality was above and beyond what had been originally installed, they cleaned up very thoroughly after the job was done, and his team was polite and professional. Absolutely recommend!
