I have not had the opportunity to have my roof replaced very often in my 80+ years but having the pleasure to have Deaville Roofing totally replace my roof was a very pleasurable experience. From the time John came out for the initial roof inspection til the completion of the roof replacement there was never a doubt to the quality of workmanship and professionalism of the employees installing the roof materials. I have no doubt that this roof will last the 30 years as the materials installed are top notch. I definitely would recommend Deaville Roofing.

We needed a large old wooden deck demolished and a new one of composite material built. Mr. Deaville was interested, gave us a competitive bid, and got to our job in a timely manner. His crew was experienced and hardworking, and John himself appeared on site every day. We found our entire encounter with John, his wife, and his crew to be pleasant and efficient. We are considering hiring Mr. Deaville for other bigger jobs in the future.

Punctual. Delivery of supplies took longer than expected, but workers still finished in one day. Our insurance (Liberty), attempted to have James Kate do work that was not up to code. Our agent was knowledgeable of codes and of course the work was done to code. The agent stayed in frequent contact with us. (Benjamin) The yard was left spotless at the end of the day. Benjamin continues to follow up with us for any future needs. We are pleased with the end product.

A&A did a great job installing two new exterior doors for my 100+ year old 2 family home. It required some carpentry finesse, and is now the newest, best looking part of the home. No more snow drifts inside. (should have done it a long time ago) And reasonable price.

To prevent recurrence of the ice-dam damage in my kitchen this winter and in 2015, I hired A&A Services recently to install new roofing on the rear of my house and on my rear enclosed porch, as well as to replace a damaged corner block of siding. The salesman carefully explained the various roofing layers. The estimate for project start date was accurate, and the costs were reasonable. The 5-man crew showed me rotted wood that needed replacement, and final pictures of my new roof and vent. The cleanup for the one day operation was also good. Aurel also added caulking to a small area on my porch, raised the porch door threshold to prevent water leaks, and returned another day to successfully get my upstairs shower ceiling fan\light working well again after the roofing operation. I am very pleased that these jobs were done well, and highly recommend this professional and skilled company.

A&A Services gets the job done right. This is the second major work that I have contracted with them. This time it was Hardie fiber cement siding. Their sales manager is friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a clear estimate of the job with no hidden costs. The work crew is professional and talented. They work hard and fast, cleaning up the work site at the end of each day. I am very satisfied with the work completed and highly recommend A&A Services for home remodeling.

Picking a roofing company is hard. Many will promise incentives to use them. One even tried to bring me a case of palisade peaches haha. Benny Izquierdo of Blue Peaks Roofing LLC is the real deal! He made time to meet with our insurance adjuster & was instrumental in getting the needed monies for the hail damage we had suffered. His crew is fast & efficient and do quality work at every turn. Even going the extra mile for above industry standards on the Ice & Water shielding underlay, Class 4 shingles and such I won’t lie, getting a roof and dealing with roofing company sales pitches is stressful. And no two stories are the same. Each has their own version of the damage and what will probably need to be done as extras, such as replacing boards. You’ll be informed in great detail of the overall plan. Many pages of it haha. But no matter any issues that can even only be discovered during the install, Benny & Blue Peaks will keep on it. Do yourself a favour and at least speak with him first before signing up another company
