Disappointed in the way they handled a mistake in amount ordered , their invoice not clear and descriptive to understand what you are getting , the quote numbers are different form the invoiced numbers price is the same but other numbers don't make sense .I have done business with them for about 6 yrs but now I will not continue will find another manufacturer.

To clarity for future readers, our estimates are intended as preliminary pricing only and include a written disclaimer requiring customers to review and approve panel quantities, lengths, and specifications based on their cut-list prior to production. Final totals are established once those details are confirmed. Line-item pricing remains the same, though totals may adjust once final panel counts and lengths are entered.
In this case, our team assisted with a cut-list strictly as a courtesy, and the quantities were reviewed and approved prior to production. When additional material was later required, it fell outside the original order. While we were unable to absorb that cost, we did waive the $325 minimum order fee and discounted the additional panels as a courtesy.
All product information, including measurements, is provided prior to ordering, and customers are ultimately responsible for providing and confirming their cut-lists before production. Our team is always available to answer questions or clarify any part of an estimate prior to approval, and we’re happy to help if ever something isn’t clear.
We regret that this experience did not meet expectations and wish you the best moving forward.

What a GREAT experience it has been dealing with Mid Florida Metal Roofing Supply. I am impressed with the quality of the materials that make up my roof. The finish is outstanding. I went with the white finish on both the roof and the facia material and could not be happier. I recommend that you use their metal for your facia and that it match the color and material of the roof.
Mid Florida Metal Roofing Supply is an excellent resource for metal roofs materials as well, is there other products. I have used them twice in the last few years. Recently I bought supplies for a metal roof accent over the front porch of my home. The quality is outstanding. It came out beautiful. Working with them was very easy. I ordered my supplies and within a little more than a week they were delivered. I have referred this resource to a general contractor who is now going to use them for all their metal roofing material needs. Highly recommend this company!
